Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Richardson

We stayed one night and was blown away! The hotel is amazing and now one of our absolute favorites! From the free dinner (that was actually good), to the 3 free cocktails (that were not watered down)!! The free fountain drinks and popcorn kept our kiddos happy! The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy!!! The a/c blows COLD! Now, what put this hotel above the rest is the SHOWER!!!! The shower had the perfect water pressure and temperature. I am very impressed and we all cannot wait to return and visit more locations in the future!

The hotel was great. Check in was fast and easy. This is easily one of the cleanest properties ive stayed in. The complimentary evening snacks and breakfast were amazing and well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Having safe, covered parking was amazing. This will definitely be our first choice of hotel when visiting this area in the future!

Beautiful and very clean, pristine room! Also, very convenient to the whole area, And much better breakfast buffet than I’ve had at other hotels. I would definitely stay here again when visiting family and friends in northern Dallas area.

Love this stay! Don’t second question it, book it. Staff very friendly from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance man. Pool was the common area for everyone, kids and adults!

This hotel has been the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The breakfast and dinner was delicious. Not to many hotels have great food items. The front desk staff was super nice, caring and professional. I can’t remember the lady’s name with glasses that worked the front desk, but she made us feel at home. She greeted us and she is the one who made me want to come back. I was originally put on the 10th floor but I asked her if I could get a lower floor because I have a child who gets super scared when getting on an elevators. She accommodated my request. Thank you so much ma’am! Hotels need more people like you. The room was very big! Super clean with lots of towels. The pool and exercise to was nice as well. If I ever return back to Dallas, this will be hands down the place I will be staying out.

We travel all over Texas for our kids gymnastics and this was the best place we have stayed in 2023-2024. Hotel was very clean and the staff were great. The breakfast is amazing and they have a nice little happy hour at night with free appetizers and free basic drinks. Don’t make the mistake of eating at the restaurant inside as it’s really overpriced and not the greatest food. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was great and the AC was plenty cold. TV system sucks but it at least works. Definitely plan on staying at Drury properties in the future as this was our first time.

Beautiful property with exceptional staff. The food was quite good with 24 Hour access to soft drinks, teas, and coffee. The pool are is beautiful and easily enjoyed by multiple families.
