This property was absolutely disgusting. My room was dirty and had left over rose petals from previous person. The bathroom was broken and the property smelled like smoke. The room was extremely noisy we could hear the people walking above us and their squeaky bed everytime they made a move. They refused to change my room. We could literally feel springs in the mattress. The staff was extremely disrespectful to us and my children did not want to stay. We had to book somewhere else for our second night. We tried to get a refund but they refused to do so. We will be contacting corporate.

The AC was just blowing air, not cooling the room . the room was hot/humid even though the temp reader on AC was saying 60. The noise, I felt i was living in apartment. I could hear children running loudly in the room above us. The breakfast was average

The jacuzzi sweet was exactly what I wanted. Huge tub. Super relaxing. Just be aware that it is part of the living area so if you need privacy in the room, though there is a shower curtain, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable if my children had been with me.

While welcoming, the room itself was not clean. It appeared that a vacuum would have solved many problems, yet one was rarely used. There were large clumps of hair in the hallway, and the area around the beds was covered in crumbs and other discards. Our neighbours were exceedingly loud, sounds not at all pleasant for a family with 4 kids sleeping in the room. Will not be going back.

Walking into the property you would not expect the rooms to be as nice as they were. Lots of room, comfortable beds and pillows, kids loved the blue tooth mirror, clean bathroom.

Jacklina and Tommy were absolutely AMAZING!! They made us feel as if we had known them for forever and were family to them. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We would stay again just because of them. The hotel manager was extremely kind and gracious. He even helped us with our bags. This team was made for the hospitality business. I'm so grateful to have met some of the kindest of humans! You all ROCK!!!!!

Check-in was a little difficult as the room we were initially put into had a TV that didn't work. We went to a second room that was not cleaned, then a third where the TV was only partially working, but the fourth room was fine. It was comfortable and the only problem was the shower drain was a little slow. It had plenty of space and the TV worked great for the kids. The only other criticism was they only have 1 luggage cart and some guests take it for hours at a time. With three stories and probably 60+ rooms they should have a second luggage cart or an alarm that starts going off after 20 minutes or something. I thought the value was good and the initial night service lady was very helpful / worked really hard to help satisfy my children.

What a wonderful stay! Check in was super easy and extremely pleasant! The hotel lobby was nice and clean. Our room was very nice and clean and had an appropriate amount of pillows compared to a lot of hotels we’ve stayed at before where they only give 2 for a king size bed. The bed was nice and soft and my family was asleep within minutes. Our only complaint is the air conditioner kept the curtains open and we were right where a bright light was at. I’d recommend getting a Velcro magnet of sorts to put them together to close, other than that a 10/10 stay!

The lobby smelled like weed even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The pool area was dirty even though it is in season. The signed said no smoking within 25 ft of the building but there was still guests smoking around the presence of our family. Not enough security because random people related to the guests came into the pool area and they weren’t even guests. The light cover of the elevator came off at night and in the morning they still hadn’t fixed it. The hotel rooms were decent but the AC had a mind of its own and wouldn’t cool.

the elevator carpet and the whole way carpet on the third floor where we stayed was very dirty, my family spend 5 days at sure stay in Houston one week earlier that's why I chose this place, the breakfast was half on the choices compared to Houston Sure Stay and lots of homeless people around the breakfast area, we could not eat breakfast there. Sorry
