Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plano East - Richardson, an IHG Hotel

Good stay Breakfast was awesome had variety My 3 kids enjoyed it the also loved the pool.

We had a two queen bed suite and fitted a family of six (two adults and four young kids) comfortably. The breakfast staff was very polite and accommodated to our hectic needs in the morning. Staff were friendly and respectful. The room and linen were clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend to others and stay here again.

I had 2 rooms booked for family on this trip. Our hotel bathroom doors would not stay closed in both of the rooms while we were taking a shower. This caused the floor to become very wet. We contacted front desk but we were not given a friendly response and nothing was ever done. We had to use extra towels to wipe excess water. Also, the chaise lounge in our room had playing cards underneath cushions. Closer detail needs to be made when cleaning rooms.

We had to switch rooms because there was a crack in the ceiling and water was leaking on our kids heads

The hotel had an amazing assortment of breakfast items to choose from each morning. If you left hungry, that was your own choice. The staff doing check in and the breakfast each morning were so pleasant and kind. The only down side to our stay was the pool. There's not a way to put warm water into the pool. The pool is about 45-50 degrees year around. Even though it's an indoor pool, you can not use it year round. My children were disappointed because we chose the location for the indoor pool because we were staying for 5 days. The hotel is perfect location to Dallas and easy to get to. The ease of getting into and out of the hotel is nice being right off hwy 190. Definitely recommend unless you want an indoor pool then choose another location.

staying in this exquisite room is truly just peace of mind, the cleanliness is so amazing, bed is perfect soft, comfortable and slept like a baby.

It was nice and had enough room for my husband and I and the kids. Very comfortable and nice.

The property was nice. I booked it because it was close to where I needed to be and no pets allowed, only service pets. However there were a couple of dogs on the property. We were in the first floor and needed to go punto the 3rd floor to get ice because there is no ice machine on 1st or 2nd floor. There was a party until 12:30am next to my room. I called the front desk only to be told that they apologized for the noise but that the party was almost over anyway! The room upstairs probably had a bunch of kids just running around all night. We were not able to get any sleep. Breakfast closes at a sharp time so if you’re there 1 minute after is over you better go eat somewhere else.

Very nice hotel for my family. Close to where we needed to be and many restaurants.
