Home2 Suites by Hilton North Plano Hwy 75

All the linens and pillows are smelly. The shampoo bottles looks like they’ve been used alot. Our reservation was for a family of four but they only had two towels in the room!

Experience was good. We did have a false alarm fire alarm going off at 7am on Sunday morning and it really scared the kids. The staff was not always the kindest and then sometimes were just nowhere to be found. The room was nice and spacious and the breakfast selection is nice. We will definitely be staying again.

Excellent place to stay. Great location. Breakfast is okay but definitely could be better. Same thing both days we were there. Fortunately we weren’t planning to use the pool as it was closed due to cleaning both days and the temps were over 100 degrees so I’m sure those with kids were disappointed. Location is great though.

The young man named Benjamin, who I dealt with mostly was great!! However, there’s another woman, a older, heavy set, dirty blonde, somewhat trashy woman with a authority complex, that absolutely ruined our stay. She seems to relish having authority, which she clearly stated while telling my 15 year old daughter, who was using the gym. She told my daughter, and I quote “I have authority here, and I can kick your family out”, because my 15 year old daughter was using the gym while her mother and I were in the room. We won’t be back, and good luck with Karen at the desk. Do not recommend.

This hotel is equiped for short stays and single people rather than families. The kitchenette is nice and spaciousness but there is no cooktop or oven, fridge size was great and can put alot of food in there. The room was spacious enough too but like any other hotel that accepts pets be prepared for that nasty odor in your room no matter how clean it is :/ The bathroom was well-equiped with everything except for a toothbrush which is not a deal breaker. Staff members were helpful, friendly and respectful. But for the price you pay i think they can do much better, and hotels should have certain rooms where they can have families with pets stay at and other ones where people who dont own pets stay at. Location is ok, bit you will need transportation/car to get around. The main problem for me is that Odor and the basic breakfast they offered.

I really enjoyed my stay, the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Mediocre. Hair on desk, vey crumbs on office chair. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Breakfast unlike other Home2Suites. They barely have any options and no plastic silverware for kids. Staff is nice but that’s not enough to come back.
