Room was not prepared. Bed was not prepared and several members of my family noticed bug bites after the trip.

My room had flies and gnats. The towels were old and tattered. Invest in linen and towels. Tell the cleaning staff to vacuum and clean rooms as if they were going to stay there with the families.

Everything was okay. The walls need to be painted or clean well. But it was a good stay. Customer service was great and the housekeeper made sure every morning to knock on the door if you needed anything. The breakfast was awesome my kids enjoyed the food. It was a good stay for spring break.

Small fly's in room. I killed aboit 10. Hotel wasnt busy, we was put on ground floor and then they had a family above us who must of thought they was in a play area and was jumping around until 130am. Surely if you see people coming with kids you put them on the ground floor. Didnt feel clean, once i saw all the fly's it just made it worse. Wont be staying therw again and wouldnt recommend it.

My family and I stayed there for a few nights right away we noticed how thin the walls were.We could hear dogs barking, people snoring, the tvs from the other rooms…even going down the hall to the elevator we could hear what was going on, on the other end of the hall …we kept our do not disturb sign on our door just because of our 2 kids…My wife went downstairs to go ask for more toilet paper and towels and the guy with blonde hair and the manager told her “ the storage rooms didn’t have any toilet paper “ thank goodness we had extra wipes from our kids to use… the next morning I went downstairs to bring the toilet paper issue to their attention and the lady was kind enough to give us a roll and she apologized… we also had to keep getting our room key renewed since they wouldn’t work half of the time the first key didn’t work at all when we first checked in.
