The soap/ shampoo is nice in the shower but kids can’t reach it.

We arrived at the hotel late Friday night. Upon check-in we were told they didn't have any rooms that they overbooked and they didnt have a room for us. We then had to drive around with our 2 children looking for other hotels that accommodate us. So disappointing, what is the point of is reserving a room for it to not be available when we arrive. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We went back the next day to make sure we wouldn't be charged and the associate could not help us or find our registration in the system. I am not constantly watching my accountsl ro make sure i dont receive an unexpected charge.

Room smelled clean but found some hairs in shower, and on towels. The a/c did not work felt very muggy. Then when I told the staff in the morning she seemed to not care. Didn’t call earlier to let them know cause we came in at 1 from a wedding and was unpacked already and kids were asleep. Front desk said I can move you right now at 10 am? Really we are leaving already.
