The rooms were big and clean, and the breakfast as delicious. For the price, especially traveling with family, it was perfect!

We chose this hotel because the room looked like it would be big enough to 2 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We walked into the room and it was larger than anticipated. My bf had some trouble with the blinds and the receptionist was very patient and accommodating anytime we needed things. The breakfast was also very good and the cook was very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a nicer hotel in recent years which made me switch over to air b&bs. I’m very happy we decided to try a hotel again and we will most likely only frequents holiday inn hotels in the future.

Bad place to stay with kids, people smocking in the room next to us,(weed) our bathroom full of smock, we ask to move to a different room but they didn’t take us seriously, no recommended to stay in this place. The noice from the cleaning ladies was terrible, never had this experience in any other hotel.

Couldn’t find my reservation at check in, had to wait 45 minutes to get it figured out with two very tired kids, room smelled bad, only 2 towels, pool wasn’t very clean, room was very noisy. Overall terrible stay

It was neither good nor bad. Once checked in, our room was not ready and the systems where down. It took a while for the staff member to move our room, which was very inconvenient especially since I had a child with me. The staff was helpful and considerate but they could not do anything about the inconvenience. There where little stains on the sheets and towels also. It was an okay stay alltogether though.

My family enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very clean beds comfortable and the continental breakfast far exceeded what we thought we would get. You have access to many things such as restaurants, bars, stores and freeway, although were told the hotel was very close to the outlet mall, it is not within walking distance. Overall above average.
