Stayed here while visiting family and had an excellent stay! Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, and lotion that all smelled wonderfully. I noticed the lobby bathrooms were even stocked with feminine products, which I’d never seen anywhere else. Breakfast had options of hot and cold food. Our first night was a little noisy because of guests and our room was close to the amenities, but every other night it was peaceful. Felt safe in the area and it’s conveniently located by the highway. I would stay here again!

Me, my wife and kids stayed in this hotel room, we were given a room that has a door connection to another room, around 2:00 am people in the room next to us were extremely loud, partying and having intimacy. I'm so glad my kids were sleeping, me and my wife couldn't sleep all night. We called reception and nothing was fixed. Horrible experience.

The hotel is extremely noise. Cheap thin walls and ceilings you can hear every noise. No carpeting on floors so we could hear loud clomping around above my room; not guest’s fault. If you are a kid or like sugary food breakfast ok but other food except the apple and coffee were terrible and they were out of many items(I got there at 9 it closed at 10). Probably wouldn’t stay at a TRU again

First time we tried Tru by Hilton. It’s nice, clean, affordable, and most importantly, good for family with pets. Highly recommended!

We had a family of 4 that checked in at midnight on Friday after a high school football game. Everyone was extremely tired. We are awakened at 7:13am on Saturday morning with constant drilling, jumping, and hammering above us. We were on the top floor. I called the front desk 4 times and each time we were told they would take care of it. The last time we called they said that they were fixing part of the roof and they couldn’t help the noise. I’m sure they knew at midnight when we checked in that they were going to be working on the roof. They could have moved us or not had these rooms available for purchase. By the time we checked out at 11:30 they were still drilling/hammering. Not a great stay at all. When I talked to the manager he said he could not refund my money since I bought it on hotels.com but would give me 8000 rewards points which is not even half a night stay. Won’t stay here again.

The area of the property was nice. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The downside was that the bed mattress was so stiff it caused back pain. I also found what looked like to be blood stains on the covers of my bed!!! It was disgusting. And kids were running up and down the halls all night and slamming their doors. No parents in sight supervising their children. Their breakfast was COLD and really old tasting.

I had the most terrible experience at this hotel. When I first showed up I was told that I could not be accommodated for my two queen beds instead they had to give me a king. The issue is that we had three adults one child and we cannot all fit on a king size bed. We had to attend an event that same day we checked in so we didn't have time to talk to the front desk clerk once we arrived we tried to make things work but it was just impossible. The other person in my party got very upset so did I and we went to go talk to the front desk clerk his name was Patrick. Patrick out of everyone in this hotel staff was amazing and deserves to be recognized for keeping us there. It's unfortunate that we still had to pay $152 out of pocket on top of the room that was already paid for for two nights so we can at least accommodate everyone in my group. This could have all been avoided if I would have had a two queen bedroom as I requested and booked for. I don't feel like I should have paid $152 out of pocket and especially because the daytime Clerk the gentleman there didn't attempt to assist or figure out alternate ways of getting us situated it was horrible from the get-go. Thankfully Patrick was the only person that assisted us that night at 1:00 in the morning trying to figure out how to situate or sleeping Arrangements and got us a broken room that had no TV which we were fine we just needed somewhere to rest our heads. I will never ever go to this hotel again in fact I feel robbed a

I didn't like the room. If you were going out and only needed a place to sleep this is perfect for you. No coffee or microwave in the room. fridge is very small and the closet was a pipe in the corner. Seemed like an after thought. Floors in the bathroom were very slippery when wet. We had to put down towels everywhere. We did like the showerhead however, I couldn't fit in the shower. The picture on the tv kept jumping and would sometimes go out. Also, not a big selection of channels. I was confused by the not radio soap. The unique idea was the pancake maker and the family room idea in the lobby its just not for me.
