Thor was one of the best trips ever. The staff was polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and I slept like a baby. I would truly recommend this stay to anyone and everyone. Will definitely return.

The front desk lady was absolutely terrible! She was rude and told me she wasn’t dealing with me as well as she threw my key cards down on the table. Then I called to complain and was told the GM would handle it and sat in the room for an hour asking to be relocated to another hotel and never even got a call back or anything! The lady then followed my 11 year old children to the pool cussing and talking about us. We did not even feel safe there. Highly disappointed would be an understatement. I would not recommend ever staying at that hotel!

I was having a family get together with my four kids and 6 grand kids. When I booked the rooms I was not aware that the pool was not open. I booked here only because they had indoor pool and cause the weather has been so hot I didn't want to have my grandkids in the extreme heat. Also, front desk staff were not friendly. they spoke only when spoke to and they didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Hotel is understaffed and there was trash in the hall ways from where guest would put trash in the hallway for the staff to collect. Joy - Bartender and waitress was amazing. She was the only reason this didn't get a negative rating.

This was a nice, convenient spot to stay while visiting family in Garland. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for my needs. Everyone there was extremely friendly, and the made-to-order breakfasts at the lobby restaurant were terrific!
