Great location. Loved with pool and gold plus court for kids to play. Brkfst was grt with hot and cold lots of variety to choose from

I stayed here with my kids. The price was good, breakfast had several options, and the staff was all very friendly. If we need to stay in this corner of the DFW metro again, we'd stay here.

Thought the hotel was very clean. It seems like newer hotel. My AC was making a loud noise, that they didn’t fix. Had to move my room, as I was awoken from the kids, running in the room above me. They only do housekeeping upon request. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Not so good. There was no one at the desk anytime I needed help. The beds were hard as a rock. Water wouldn’t get warm. When I was finally able to get someone from the office they said maintenance would be there soon and they never showed up. Breakfast was okay. The lines for food was crazy. No where ever to sit. I have a family of 5 and it was hard to find a seat. Breakfast ended at 10 on the weekend and we showed 8 and they were out of almost everything the whole time. Said it was animal “friendly” I have a service animal(cardiac alert dog) yet my dog couldn’t go anywhere. He couldn’t go in the pool area-I wasn’t swimming I was sitting watching my kids. My dog again is supposed to alert me when something is wrong with my heart. He couldn’t go to breakfast with me or anything. It’s just crazy how horrible it was. I honestly just want a refund for the visit.

We stayed here with our two young children. It had one of the best hotel breakfasts, it has a fun little mini-putting golf course that they loved! The staff was friendly, and it was so clean!

Check in was quick and easy, nice and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Area was near our family. It was also close to places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to family/friends.

Very Friendly Staff, clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Activities for kids - pool, mini golf and basketball which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was amazing - loved the waffles. Had a very comfortable rest - the mattresses are Wow.

The property was very clean. We even had housekeepers unexpectedly come in and freshen towels and make the beds after our first night! The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. The loved the water feature for something different. Breakfast was great and the price was good for the stay.

There was a lot to like, but the temperature in the room was unbearable. It was 34 degrees outside and we needed to have the ac on high just to bring the room temperature down to 74. The ac blew cold, but only stayed on for three minutes, then turned off for five, then back on for three and continued on that pattern. It sounded like a jet engine so every time it turned on it startled us. I eventually just turned it off because none of us could sleep with the noise. We couldn't sleep with the incredible heat in the room either, but at least the baby wasn't screaming from the jet engine sound the ac made. I just don't understand how a room heats up to 80 degrees when it's 34 degrees outside. I've never in my life run the air conditioning when it's 34 degrees out. We've had good luck with Hampton inn in the past, but I don't think we'll be staying there again.
