SpringHill Suites Dallas Richardson/Plano

I really enjoyed my stay here. All staff members were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in ensuring my family and I had a comfortable stay. Toni was exceptional offering to help promptly without hesitation, especially when I had to bother her to get hot water to make formula for my baby every night, and even offered bottles of milk for my toddler. Housekeeping was every other day but inbetween they did offer a quick refresh to the room which was great. Hotel is in business area so nice and quiet. Only complaint was the quality of the tissue paper and toilet paper was more on the low end and rough on skin. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

This was a personal trip for my graduation. Our check-in was smooth. We were greeted upon entering by the staff. Ms Toni was super nice. We had 3 rooms and my family LOVED IT!! We will definitely book here again when we are in the area. It was a one night stay but a really great experience. The complimentary breakfast satisfied all of our needs.

My stay at springhill was a great for me and my family the staff was great and it was real peaceful
