It's not as quiet as you think you can hear everything I don't know if there was a family staying there but it really didn't disturb me for those that like it really quiet it might not be the place for you and if you're looking for a area to walk around or shop or restaurants there isn't any it's strictly in an area where there's other big building they say they have truck parking they really don't but we were allowed to park our truck and trailer where car haulers in the back but if that would have been someone already there we wouldn't have had a spot we had to get food delivered cuz there isn't any place close to where you can walk but the hotel it's beautiful it's nice it's clean staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing from eggs to sausage even hash brown waffle maker fruit cereal it was like a many many Buffet that was the thing I like the most so I will be saving this giving it a great rating because for a hard-working car hauler this was exactly what I needed I really got restand had an amazing breakfast before leaving 6am to 9am

**READ BEFORE YOU BOOK** Stayed here for four nights. The second night when arriving back to my room I found that my window was wide open and my drawers had been ransacked. I did not leave any valuables behind, with the exception of my Samsung wireless charging pad which was stolen. The front desk claimed to have “no access” to the cameras. DPD was unable to come out due to officer shortage and it was not deemed an emergency (understandable) . My room was switched, but the last two nights were very uneasy. When I moved into that room I found that the window was also unlocked. Which I found to be very off putting! Why was the window of an unoccupied room unlocked? My family felt unsafe. The condition of the room was fine, but my room was burglarized. Luckily all I had to lose was a $40 charging station. Needless to say, I learned to better research the areas and hotels before I book.

The outside looked great, as it does in this picture. We arrived around 10pm. The place was dark and dingy. The christmas tree lights were even half blown out. The clerk checked us in and gave us one room key. Walking to our room we pretty much stuck to the floor, the tiles were so sticky. Once we reached the carpet. The carpet was all torn and walking down to our room (a smoke free room), the hallway smelled like weed. (perfect for my kids to smell all night). Which then the smell led right into our room once we opened the door. There was a plastic bag over something on the ceiling. The bottom of the tub was all ripped up. Absolutely disgusting!! If it wasn't so late and we didn't have an early morning flight to catch, I would have left in a heartbeat. Very disappointed!! I've never seen a Sleep Inn in such disarray.

The building / room was in good condition. Front desk staff could be more courteous to guests entering hotel. Staff needs proper training/retraining in not taking guests belongings out of the room without verifying that guests have checked out. My drinks, cooler bag, my child’s toy taken out of the room in the middle of our stay, even though our suitcases were sitting in the closet.
