Hot tub broken. Overwhelming odor in the front lobby. To many young kids running around unsupervised.

Stayed with my family before for 2-3nights, and we were back because it was great staying in here! Definitely will book again if needed to be in Dallas❤️

This hotel is right off the interstate next to several large hospitals. Many patients and families stay while receiving treatment. The hotel is very old and dirty inside. The carpets are filthy. The restaurant offered very little choice and was very expensive. And you had to pay for parking!! Not worth it!!!

Very average hotel. Other reviews are posting the property is dirty, I would not say it was dirty enough to complain however it’s pretty dated. One thing I could not believe is was a stack of dirty dishes on an accent table outside the elevator in the common areas. I kid you not, they say there for THREE DAYS! Even as there were several housekeeping carts parked next to them every morning, they were still just left there. That did make me wonder just how thoroughly the rooms are actually being cleaned if the housekeepers were not even motivated enough to remove the dirty dishes.

Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman at the counter was above and beyond and even gave us breakfast on the hotel. Hotel is close to everything. Has easy access in and out. Room was big for us and a pack n play for the kiddo. Bed was comfy and they had full-size shampoos, conditioner in the bathroom.

Checking was easy and the women that helped check me in was very welcoming and even went out of her to make our stay comfortable. It gave me piece of mind, that my family and I were in a safe and fun surrounding!

We stayed here for one night while visiting family in Dallas. Exceptionally clean and quiet! Will stay here again if we're ever back in Dallas.
