We chose to stay here because we had a family member at the Children’s Hospital. The staff was very understanding and courteous. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had to pay $24.99 for parking. I was visiting family and we had prearranged for them to meet us at the hotel so we could go to dinner together. Our family also had to pay $24.99 to park.

The check in staff were nice and room was very clean. I didn't like that they charge almost $30 a night for self parking per car. If your visiting family and not riding together that's another $50 to $60 to add per night. In addition there is no microwave in the room. When I asked about it, they said it was because microwaves were a fire hazard. I guess they've never stayed at other hotels before. Not a deal breaker but very inconvenient to take your food from the 9th floor through the lobby to use their microwave and carry it back up. Little things like these make a huge difference in the customer experience.

Our suite was perfect for a family of 5. Very roomy. Vanity/sink being separate from shower worked out well. Pillows left a lot to be desired and wished they had breakfast included. That is just something that is helpfully and convenient for family vacations. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I wasn't told that we had to pay to park until I checked out. There was a broken down car in the parking lot and two men working on it most of the night. when I was getting out of my car I felt unsafe. they were looking at me and my kids. there seemed to be a lot of guest but hardly any cars in the lot. I guess at $25.00 a night they had someone else drop them off. That is ridicules to charge guest money to park at your hotel. I never had to pay at any hotel even a Marriott to park, I wonder if Bill and David Marriott are aware? Willard would be rolling over in his grave if he knew.

Unfortunately we were here because my mother in law is in the hospital not doing well. And my son is also in the hospital at the same time. We booked this hotel to be closer to them. The hotel is really nice and clean. The suites are big. There is a restaurant and an awesome breakfast buffet. There is also a bar. They are amazing with the kids!

Stay was great! We had driven from Austin with a toddler and 2 nine year olds to go to an Imagine Dragon’s concert only to find out our reservations at a different hotel were canceled as they no longer had a room for us 20 minutes prior to arrival. I got on Hotels.com and found this Marriott (we usually stay at Marriott hotels, it was just a little further from the venue as we had really wanted). The room was a perfect fit for the night. Hotel was nice. Half the price of the hotel that canceled on us. The only reason I don’t give it the full 5 stars, is right before leaving for the concert, the power went out due to a storm ( it was not raining, but cloudy), even across the street the power was out. But no one came to our room to explain what was happening. We were unsure if our toddler messed with something. It was down for a while, but since we were leaving, we didn’t deal with it much. Just thought they should have said something. Otherwise, great experience!

well run property. Kendra at front desk went over and above to help me out during my stay, appreciate her efforts. nice gym, but the pool is out back, outdoors, kind of isolated, truck lot out back plus unhoused encampment about a quarter mile away, i wouldn’t leave a child unsupervised out there. make sure and ask for a room away from the highway, much quieter than freeway side.
