My family really enjoyed this hotel. From the shopping in the area to the great customer service at the desk. The room was clean and organized, I love the extended stays because of the full-size refrigerator. Everything was awesome we hope we can come again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, just off major highways, near lots of good eating options and very close to DFW airport. The room was clean and dated and staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. We were able to check in quickly, our room preference was honored, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly with any questions we had. The property is kid friendly which was a plus for us. The suite was large and clean.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. Even the hallways smelled clean. The Wi-Fi is very reliable and fast. Will stayed here again next time we are in the Dallas area.

While taking a shower, a baby roach joined me during my shower. I took a photo of the roach and fly in my room (#126). I spoke with the male at the front who asked me if I wanted the room fumigated. I thought the circumstances would warrant fumigation. No compensation or room swap was offered.

I checked in Saturday June 1st 6pm and left by 3am Sunday June 2nd. I left early in the morning when I woke up to use the restroom and noticed a roach crawling on the bed next to where my child was sleeping. Also upon arrival there was some dried fluid of some sort on the wall. The only reason I booked was because of the reviews and needed one night. Tried calling the office manager for a refund and he wasn’t there at 8am. Called again and the Clerk stated the manager arrived around 11am and left at 1pm. I believe they are trying to avoid me.

The staff and the hotel are awesome. We have stayed here often and had family gatherings during some of the stays. Plenty of space for the latter and the staff does a great job with assisting you with what you need and does so with a smile. The room was very clean and well-stocked with anything we might need. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend staying here

We've always stayed here when we come to visit and the whole family enjoys this hotel. Super clean and really friendly staff. Good location. The room was huge and really nice. We will be back again when in the area.

I recently stayed here with my family. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. This was a perfectly nice little place to stay. It's just across the highway and close to the Toyota Music center and has many restaurants within walking distance.
