Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin Buda

Booked the room for my sons family and I accompanied them during the check in, which was quick and painless. The hotel was very clean along with the rooms and breakfast area. My son said they had one of the best breakfast's that he has had in all his hotel stays.

Great first stay for us and our kids.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested extra towels and blanket and it was brought to me right away. Plenty of places to eat near by that was a plus for me and my family. The only thing I felt that could improve was breakfast. There wasn’t that much to choose from and the food wasn’t that good. Other than that I would stay here again.

A fun time for us and our grandkids. Close to entertainment, and restaurants. The room was perfect for the four of us. The boys loved the buffet in the morning!

We booked this hotel for one intention which is to use their heated pool and hot tub for my family to enjoy. We are from the local. I specifically called the day before and few hours before the check in to double check that the hot tub is working and it’s heated. I was confirmed twice that it is working. After I checked in and changed our clothes in our room and went to the pool and discovered that the heater is broken. Adults refused to swim. Kids swam short time till the were freezing. They refused to provide us any full refund but only 50%. Which was complete unfair because I could have receive a full refund if I cancelled my stay through hotels.com before checking in. I didn’t do that only because they confirmed twice that it wasn’t broken. The integrity isn’t holding accountable in this stay. :-(

Staff were kind and efficient. It was clear to me that everyone cared visitors. The decorated water bottles were very cute and our family members who live in the area were impressed with the creative and caring staff.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before. We are always happy with our stay. The rooms have always been clean and the beds comfortable. We booked two room because we had the grandkids with us. Unfortunately the TV in one of the rooms went out on us and the front desk staff were not able to get it to work. The kids used their tablets to watch a movie and I caught up with my reading a bit. Front desk sent the kids boxes of chocolate chip and oreo cookies. Having no TV for a few hours was fine and at least I was able to get the kids to go to bed on time. Great Stay again.
