Hotel staff did not accommodate my concerns with parents unable to control their noisy and disrespectful children.

Our overstay for family of four was very comfortable in all areas but extremely disappointed and upset. Pool was green and not in service. I called a day before to make sure it was maintained and ready for a dip. Because my wife gets very tired from her chemo side effects I didn’t want to go get another motel. That’s the only enjoyment she currently has an after noon swim. Other than that the stay was remarkable abd breakfast, staff cleanliness was excellent. Disappointed

Confirmation 9155476557607. I had booked a second room for my daughter who was traveling in for the day. On arrival the room was not ready and like my prior day experience we were advised to come back and did not get to check in until after 5 PM when the room was ready and cleaned. We had to leave a family event to finalize Check-in so we didn’t lose the room. The receptionist advised that they could and would not offer and discounts since we had booked the room through Hotels.com which prohibits them to provide and exceptions. It’s unfortunate that we had to be inconvenienced and the only reason they could not provide any compensation to our experience was due to booking through a 3rd party.
