We checked out a day early due to matters at home that we had to return for. This was allowed under the "partial refund policy" for the hotel. When we tried to check out the clerk refused to allow a refund, and refused to give us an invoice. Both my husband and myself requested these, and she would not comply. She would not give us her name so I took a picture of her, and the manager's name plaque, so I could include them in a complaint, which enraged her. I would never stay in this hotel again. Expedia had to call them for us to get a refund done, which we hope to receive in a timely manner. "Reason for trip" needs to include more options -- maybe "Personal". Ours was a death in the family.

Fine place to stay if you have family in town or business nearby. The only thing I did not appreciate were that not all the towels in my room were replaced which is kinda cheap. I noticed this as my kids used a hand towel to wipe their Cheetoh dust off on and it was reused, hung nicely once again the day after. Ick.

- live roach in night stand drawer (killed it) - live ant on restroom sink counter (also killed it) - thin ceiling & walls; could hear kids running back & forth, jumping in room above me. This was very annoying & bothersome. Complained to front desk and it stopped, for about 10 minutes. Could also hear snoring through the wall from the room next to mine. Wall along bed. - my first morning I came out the building to see a guest filing a police report next to his broken-into vehicle. This vehicle was parked directly in front of the hotel with what looked to be very well lighted. One would think it would be one of the safest spots to park in at the hotel.

Main complaint…the commode is waaaaay tooooo LOW…and small! It appeared to be a toilet for a children’s day care center! It was HORRIBLE FOR ANYONE OVER 10 years old. The major obstacle for any person over 6 years old!!! Inexcusable!!

Great flooring for a private residence; not so much for a hotel. Family in room above ours let their child run all around room making loud noise with shoes.
