Comfort Suites Kyle

Excellent location, not on the freeway, so no traffic noise. Very comfortable and the young lady at the desk (sorry, forgot her name) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Took the kids to the pool but there were no towels available. As I was about to go back inside to get some, she appeared at the door with with an arm full of towels and ice cream for the kids. The breakfast was fine and hot and the breakfast lady was super friendly. Our daughter lives in Kyle so we make several visits a year. We'll keep coming back here.

I knew from the moment I walked in thatmy stay would be enjoyable based on the smell. This hotel got it right when it comes to the scent they chose, as it is clean and refreshing. The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to check in an hour early. The room and restroom was clean and also smelled great. They offer breakfast which is a plus. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location. The hotel was not too crowded,and guests seemed like families. Parking was easy, which is a huge plus for me as well.There are many shops and food options near by. Plus it's not too far from San Marcos or the river activities. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were there to visit family. We were very impressed with friendliness and accommodability of staff. We were very impressed with roominess, cleanliness and decor of the room. It was very quiet and everything worked. Breakfast was ordinary, but again, staff was very friendly and helpful We will stay there again.

We had a small holiday visit with our grand children and the room was perfect. The seating area was just right for our get together. The room was so clean, and spacious. I will return when visiting my family. I recommend this hotel.

I was over all content until I heard kids running down hall way all night and during the day all I heard was jumping and running up above my room. It was kinda hard to relax when me and my husband were on our first trip my ourselves .. also your pillows were too soft.

We booked 2 separate rooms as there were 8 of us travelling. When we arrived we were checked in to both rooms with no problem. Our family left to go out for the evening and when we returned, there was someone in one of the rooms and our bags had been removed. When we asked the front desk, they said we only booked one room which was obviously incorrect as we had already checked in to TWO rooms. The overnight desk clerk was not helpful, would not call management and did not help in anyway. We ended up having to fit 8 people into one room.... it was extremely uncomfortable. Having to track down our bags, invading our privacy and another guests privacy by giving out multiple keys to the same room, and billing issues galore. I would never recommend this hotel.

Came to Kyle for a family event and opted to stay at Comfort Suites. I found the room was ample space, the hotel staff gracious and very accommodating. And I am grateful that they extended us the favor of a late check-out. I suggest this place!
