Loved this hotel it was clean and easy to get to. Only wished it had a pool it was my fault I booked without checking and my kids where disappointed but that was on me

This is our second time to stay at this property. It’s the perfect hotel for families. The service, cleanliness and rooms are incredible.

This is perfect for what we needed. Nice and new and kid friendly in my opinion! We were able to keep our baby in the pack and play in the kitchen/desk area so she could sleep peacefully which is a game changer. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were soundproof - did not hear our neighbors. However... walking into the lobby was miserable. They have a foosball table almost in the middle of the lobby and kids were making a lot of noise. It was very loud and gave me a headache by the time I checked in (which was a slow process, also). That is why I have it a bad rating for comfort.

The hotel in general for the price is ok but we’ll never stay there again. Our beds were nightmare to sleep on, it was hard and had plastic sound every turn like we were sleeping on top of carbon box wrapped with plastic. It was probably a recicled mattress. Gross! Who knows! The pillows get extremely fla, and they skipped our cleaning service even after I made a special trip to the front desk and ask in person for the cleaning, plus we asked kindly to do something about the mattress. It was noted on their computer by 3 personals at the front desk and discussed between them how they were going to proceed. They promised to fix the bed problem (they were aware of the bad conditions of their mattress due to backup orders) and also the cleaning of the room. But NOTHING was done, when we came back in the evening after our long day out with our little kid, it was the same mess we left, no clean towels, bed was not made or fixed as promised. I called front desk around 8 PM and the person said he couldn’t do anything since all the housekeepers and maintenance people had left for the day. No explanation, apology or call from management later. It was left as it. Note you’ll hear loud traffic noises from the hwy window facing rooms. It definitely was not helping our case. Our new years celebration that was suppose to be a relaxing vacation turned out to to be a bad experience… I still have body aches from their horrible mattress experience and lack of a good restful sleep.

Good for family

Its hard to find rooms that sleep a family of 5, without having to rent an extra room or a suite. Our room was perfect, just the rught amount of space.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in as a family. As we were traveling with an infant the hotel staff were kind enough to give us a privately located room upon our request. The room decor, staff's friendliness, the location of the hotel and the price were perfect. Go for it!!

Have never stayed at one of your hotels before,my family and I will absolutely stay here or one of your Springhill Suites again. Room was clean, room service was good, customer service was excellent.

The room had lots of space for our toddler to have his own "room". The indoor pool was a nice treat and the breakfast buffett had lots of great options for all of us.
