The Westin Austin at The Domain

This property is very clean, well maintained with friendly staff and excellent service. It has an excellent beautiful location, surrounded by a variety of entertainment, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We stayed at this location during Christmas as we met with family members and were so impressed that we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nice as expected. The staff was great and my suite was very nice. The pool is in bad need of re-plastering and the cool decking is cracked and pieces are all over the place. This is dangerous for kids and older guests. I mentioned it to the front desk twice and you could tell they had heard it many times from guests. Too bad the owners won't fix it.

We visit Austin A LOT throughout the year and this is our family's go-to hotel. We stay here every time we visit, wether it's business or just got fun. My husband and I always travel with our children (ages 6 and 7) and this hotel is perfect for us. Great location, safe environment, lots of restaurant options and comfy beds!

We were visiting family from out of town and needed a hotel last minute. We chose the Westin as they don’t have any fees for parking and the location was great. Service was top notch. The hotel was super clean and well-kept would stay there again. Higher quality then the hotels downtown that charge $60 a night for parking

I appreciated the spacious rooms! The king room had enough space for an additional baby crib and 2 dog beds without feeling crammed. The front desk team was wonderful, and I was thankful for the amenities for my dogs.

Beautiful corner room was a Christmas gift from our parents while they kept our kiddos. Also got a gift certificate to Perry's for dinner in the Domain. Everything was superb.

I booked a total of 2 rooms with Westin Austin Domain through hotels.com for a weekend family trip. My family arrived at the Westin to check in, and they only showed one room under the reservation. There were two rooms on my itinerary and paid for through hotels.com. The second room was refused to us, causing my family to have to share one room and be very uncomfortable. Even after showing the front desk our hotels.com itinerary, the front desk would not honor it stating they only showed one room on their end. Hotels.com stated they tried to reinstate the second room but failed and Westin did not give us our second room.
