Homewood Suites Austin NW

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was edible with a descent amount of choices. Room was great as well. Very clean smelled good and big enough for a couple nights. Pool was not big but when we went it fit a good 20 kids and they made it work. Worst thing was the swimming area to sit and not get wet is a patio to the side. The chairs in the pic easily get wet. We recommend this place

I’m had originally booked two queen beds for our family and once we got to the hotel location the front desk lady said they didn’t have my room available due to a last minute extended stay. She also said that they tried to call me regarding my reservation which was not true at all. She continued to say that since I booked through the hotel.com app that I was the one to be pushed off to another room due to the extended stay guest. I felt like that was a way of saying I don’t get the same customer service as other guests bc I booked through hotels.com which is unfair. They did put me in a king suite with a pull out bed couch but we definitely needed two queen beds to accommodate our family. It was so inconvenient to know this right when we checked in after a long 4 hr drive. I was looking forward to this location due to the good reviews but I was disappointed from the start. My son was also sad that their free breakfast ad mentioned bacon but all they had was sausage links so there went his breakfast excitement.

We really enjoyed our stay at Homestead Suites. Our family was very comfortable all the time we stayed there.

Great location in Austin! The suite is a perfect layout for families.

All the staff was so helpful, caring and extra nice. I would definitely come stay here again. I came to Austin for my daughter's wedding. My only regret is that the whole family should of gotten rooms here. The best breakfast in a long time.

I stayed in a suite with my two kids. It was spacious and comfortable. The hotel looks a little tired but is still good value.

We stayed for 1 night. I am very picky when it comes to hotels since i have 2 teenagers and 1 toddler and i definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, nice and big. Breakfast was great. 10 out of 10

A quiet place for a family to stay.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Homewood hotel at Domain Austin by Hilton, and I cannot express enough how positive our experience was. From the Monnie we arrived, Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, especially for our family with newborn baby. One thing that stood out was the hotel’s exceptional level of accommodation for our little baby. Manager Sarah understood the needs of our family with baby, she allows us to check in early so that the mom could breastfeed and put baby down for a nap during the mid early summer, which made a world of difference after a long journey this level of flexibility and understanding really went above and beyond which made us feel valued as guests. Moreover, when we realized that our baby’s favorite toy was missing, Sarah personally took the initiative to help us find it, ensure that our little one felt comfortable and welcoming during our entire stay, this personalized attention and care is truly remarkable. Thanks to Sarah’s exceptional management skills and dedication to customer, We will definitely be revisiting Homewood Austin at Domain in the future, it’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely cares about the well-being and comfort of their guests, especially families with young children. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and accommodating experience!
