We went on a vacation and looked forward to the pool with the kids and it was not working. It had a sign saying it was not available for use. That made my kid and ourselves sad. They didn’t even offer a discount or warn us. It’s still not working as of today.

Our family trip to Austin was made even more amazing by having a clean, comfortable hotel room to come back to. The staff was friendly and housekeeping was attentive to our needs. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel was nice. We had many family members staying in the hotel for a funeral. The only problem was the key card not working after breakfast and not being able to get back in the room. This made us last to the funeral.
