I wanted to give a huge thank you to the front desk and valet staff, they were ALL absolutely fantastic. I felt bad for the valet staff though, I made a comment jokingly to the valet when I saw both attendants in the vehicle when they pulled up my rental car…I shouted, “I know ya’ll ain’t joy riding in my car”. It was literally me just kidding with them, apparently they got in trouble from management due to that comment. My apologies to the valet staff, I hope management learns the difference between an innocent joke and a genuine concern/complaint.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it here and will stay here every time I’m in Memphis!!! I felt safe and secure, the staff was beyond amazing and pleasant… and honestly felt like family ALL AROUND!!! I was 1st greeted by Ms. Ima. She was concise, straight to the point and explained everything I needed to know. The whole desk and bell staff were everything I couldn’t imagine, even with my travels around the world. They are seriously rated top notch and the highest star beyond far. I appreciate each and every one of them! Please feel free to give me a call if need be and I’ll tell you the same! Adrianne.

Could not have picked a better hotel for our needs. Upon arrival staff treated us like family. My husband & I brought our 17 year old niece & she loved our suite the set up gave privacy and us privacy...Nice and clean...Breakfast was good & the ladies preparing were super nice & accommodating...Would definitely recommend staying here. Great local as well

Fantastic for families. The mattresses can use some replacing but the space was open, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a welcome stop on our journey.
