I felt unsafe staying there with my three kids. There were homeless men outside the hotel and sketchy characters walking around. The photos do not match the hotel.

We arrived and they had no more rooms with two queen beds. The woman at the front desk gave us two junior suites instead and was super friendly and helpful. Parking is easy in a peck across the street. Highly recommend this hip hotel

Ebony was fantastic! She was polite, made sure I had what I needed, and explained everything very well. And she had a great attitude. She made me feel welcome in a city that I am - to be honest- a little scared to be in. My room was very comfortable and took me back to my childhood - very retro- The view from the rooftop bar was amazing- You may wanna plant some nice flowers or some herbs in the planters to give it a nice polished look :) I come to Memphis quite a bit and would definitely stay at the Hu again.

First amd foremost both the night staff and daytime staff were excellent and helpful. The room had personality and the beds, OMG, i slept like a baby. Next time Im in Memphis, im definitely there

Employees look unprofessional by not wearing uniforms. Entire 4th floor smelled like weed; had to move to different floor because I had my grandbabies with me. Not enough towels, bed was made with top sheet on top of comforter. Had to remake bed in order to use sheet. No place to place soap while showering in ADA shower. I had to put my soap on the floor. Hotel is located in party central so don't stay here with families if you want to sleep.

Once we arrived we were told there would be no room service, breakfast was not available and the rooftop bar was closed. I reserved a junior suite because amenities listed bathrobes and a bath tub. There were no bath robes available and the bath tub did not hold water. You may consider calling to see if amenities listed are still available.
