Nice place…only had 2 issues..1 the bathroom vent is connected to the room behind and we had to keep the bathroom shut as you could hear them and their kid talking so loud that when I first heard it,I thought someone was in our room. 2 people from the back hotel was parking in the front hotel parking area ..they should have been informed front building is for the people who stay there.. the back parking lot is for those who stay in the back hotel. we were a bit skeptical, but the staff, all of them from the front desk to the kitchen were just so nice, and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated. we stayed in the back unit, larger rooms, convenient to the outside pool and to the dining room for breakfast. The outside pool, hot tub and kiddie pool were so nice. I didn't like the fact that there was an older couple sitting pool side with a cooler of beer and smoking, there is no sign that says no smoking or open containers of alcohol. The indoor pool area was nice as well, we did not use it. It is open 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stayed for rod run and will stay again. It is an older property but still worked well for our family of 3 to stay for 3 nights. The water was very hot in the shower and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary Breakfast was served in the morning and walking distance to publix and lots of restaurants.

Way over priced for what they are but all hotels there are overpriced any one u go to took the grandkids for 2 night good place to stay but expensive pigeon forge and Gatlinburg are tourists traps

The breakfast was awesome. The indoor pool & hot tub was great. They had an onsite laundry room which was nice. They also had a huge outside bouncy thing that our grandkids loved.

The pool is 24 hrs. A kids baseball team stayed up til 1AM screaming and yelling every night we were there and could hear it from our rooms. The staff did absolutely nothing about it.

Pretty good hotel, the rooms were very clean. The pool was really great! && we even met some friends at the pool, that we had breakfast with the best morning. I would like it better if there was more things in the kiddie pool for the littles, and maybe a way to rope off the area. Maybe some life jackets? Just a way for the mommas to be able to relax a little more!

This location is right in the middle of everything you want to do with a family at Pigeon Forge! The staff is lovely, the rooms were clean, and the decorations were on par for Christmas! We had a great time and will be back!

I love the amenities, they have a jumping pillow for kids! And the staff really are so friendly
