Poor service the staff not good not friendly She gave us wrong room twice and when we went there was someone inside the room we were keep going up and down with our bags and 2 kids. She charged us twice for parking and she said ok will refund you when you check out ok it’s your mistake why you won’t refund it to us? I asked to talk to manger and he never came they said he’s on break @ 10pm wow manger on break while the customers need to deal with bad service .

I booked this hotel thinking there was a pool, the pool was filthy and closed. Also we had a room with bunch of kids next to us that were up till 2am every night. The carpets in are room were stained and filthy. Definitely need to be cleaned and refreshed for your guests. I always stay at IHG hotels as I’m a member. Just usually have alot cleaner hotel.

Convenient location to Vanderbilt Medical Center and downtown attractions. For this stay over my wife and I enjoyed the location for my medical service performed at Vanderbilt and as an additional treat our sone joined us for a family reunion.

Add on fees brought the cost significantly higher than the Expedia reservation indicated, into the range of a Courtyard by Marriott or other higher-end hotel. This was fine for a midrange accommodation. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and a nice gym, but grossly overpriced once all the surprise fees were factored in. It should also be noted that it’s directly next to the stadium. We had quite a bit of noise from parties the second night we were there along with a crying baby that went on for hours late at night and early the next morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault, but it contributed to the feeling of paying a high price for a lower-end hotel.

While doing the college tours in Nashville, this hotel was walking distance to Vanderbilt university and also very close to Belmont University. I chose this hotel mainly for the location, but the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I would probably stay here again as my child attends school in the fall.

Way too many loud college kids partying and singing. Parking lot was littered with construction debri and poorly lit in the back. Ineffective security guard. Would not recommend.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. I like that it has a coffee shop and restaurant within the property. It also has a small snack store in the lobby. It can be walkable to the Broadway/Downtown being only a few miles away. We did this a couple times because we don't mind walking and the area is pretty safe. However, the hotel does have complimentary shuttle that can take you within 2.5-mile radius and this includes downtown. Another thing that I like about this hotel is that there is a park right across from it (the Centennial Park with the Parthenon). I recommend this property to family and friends. I'd definitely stay here again.
