Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville near Vanderbilt

Perfect spot! Nice amenities for our family. Walking distance to our daughter's graduation for her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt!

Great room! We had the handicap room due to one of our family needing grab bars in bathroom. Beds were comfy and it was all very clean. Love that you must use your room card to get to any floor above 1st/main. Felt very secure! And the underground parking also was appreciated. Great breakfast options and a nice variety of snacks/beverages in the lobby for purchase.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was amazing. Hands down, the best hotel our family has ever stayed at. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and informative. The room was perfect and so were the amenities. The workout room was awesome and we used it every morning. The hotel was walking distance to the bar, The Local. It was perfect for live music, food, and a few beers. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Thanks for making our trip to Nashville so special.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the onsite, garage parking that was offered, and especially appreciated the price compared to some other parking downtown! I liked that you could only access a floor if your room key card was linked to that floor - an extra added safety feature I appreciated. Despite there being a travel baseball team and a class reunion in the building, it was very quiet and we slept great. The design of the lobby and eating area was pleasant and offered different areas to accommodate different groups. The breakfast was fine - my kids always enjoy being able to make their own waffle. The room was pretty clean, but there was someone else's hair on the floor of the bathroom (yuck!)

This hotel is brand new, looks great and its very comfortable. Roger at the front desk made us feel like family and he went well and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will stay there again for sure.
