Very cute hotel. The decor is unique and very fitting for something fun in Nashville. The staff came off pretty cold and at times a little standoffish. I've traveled to Nashville many times and I was disappointed with that. The hotel is pretty loud and seems to draw a pretty big party crowd. It may not be the best hotel if you're traveling with children.

We gave our daughter and her family a Christmas experience instead of gifts. We chose Nashville. They loved the hotel and everything around it. The pool was still closed for the season. All the staff and the services were amazing.

Without a doubt the worst stay of 5 hotels this week, the worst of 45 hotels this year. It said no where on site the rooftop restaurant wasnt part of the hotel, no where did it say you had to be 21 after 7 pm to visit. I was still willing to work with this as we had checked in already, we planned to just go the next morning but was then told it didn't open until 2pm unless you had private pool reservations. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel to begin with. The room had no doors on the bedroom. Glass shower door wouldn't close correctly. Valet guys were great and one girl at the check in tried to be super nice knowing what crap we had dealt with to just take a picture which we never did get to do. The manager waited until my family was loading up in vehicle then said would you like me get you on the roof, just horribly operated location. I usually only review places if they are good, I simply don't say anything about the bad ones but I see that isn't a good idea, people need to know what to expect. And it wasn't anything special, just to step onto the roof top restaurant area and take a picture and be done. Way over rated, and no where close to as good as the graduate in Cincinnati and that one was mediocre at best. They have coffee shops in them, we got burritos that were still frozen in middle. I think its just a poorly ran chain using celebrity names to increase its value. Ive stayed at much cheaper places that were far better than graduates.

Everything was nice until we found out that you have to make a reservation and pay additional cost of $50-$75 dls per person to use the pool. On a very hot day we really wanted the kids to enjoy the pool but was already booked for the day. We have traveled world wide and never have I ever heard of such ridiculous rules.

Charging to use the pool after you are paying the hotel fee and parking fee is ridiculous. $50-75 per person? So a family of five to swim (along with a reservation needed to swim) would be an additional $375. We went up to check the pool out and the staff were not friendly about us even looking at it. Will not recommend or return.

Very pretty hotel. Unique and vibrant. There was no coffee maker in the room, and I also wish better food (besides their biscuits, because those were delicious) was available/more convenient. It rained one of our days and we wanted to stay in and be cozy but had to leave to get coffee and food. The rooftop bar was a bit off a let down once you get over the initial shock value of the vibrant colors and decor. The food and drinks were mediocre at best and the pool deck area was grungy and needs a good pressure washing. The pool was closed the whole time, very dirty, and closed off with unused pool furniture. Definitely not the impression you get from Instagram. The staff was great though. The lobby is stunning. Our junior king deluxe was spacious and clean (well, there was actually old vomit by the bed and nightstand, but I can’t blame housekeeping. It blended in with the rug until I smelled it…. Otherwise the room would’ve been 10/10. Probably wouldn’t stay there again, but overall it was an ok experience.
