For a last minute booking, this hotel worked out perfectly for my family and me. Complimentary breakfast was delicious ( eggs, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, bagels). Definitely will look at this hotel in other cities when we travel.

We loved this hotel! Great for families with kids. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Very nice pool. Close enough to downtown except paying for parking…get the app!!

A perfect location to stay when visiting at the hospital to visit my first grandchild at a very comfortable and well run hotel. Ruth Chris a block away, and a delicious Indian restaurant even closer ( practically across the street ). New York Pizza around the corner was delicious too (I am from Boston where we have great pizza and this could easily do well there. ). Salad Bar at Jason’s Deli around the corner too. I spent a couple of days enjoying eating nearby and stayed at a clean and may I add quiet hotel. Enjoyed live music one evening in the bar and had a very satisfying Breakfast buffet each morning. Even had Steel cut oats. Enjoy your stay if you go.

Location was good. The staff and front desk receptionist was the best! So friendly, always greeting us when we walked in and gave many options for us ToDo as a family. Will back to this hotel.

Our family of six stayed in a studio room. Lots of space, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, had a mix of cooked options, fresh fruit and cereal. Staff at the front desk were wonderful - super helpful and happy to share tips about the area. Hotel shuttle to/from downtown Broadway area was an added bonus. Great stay!

It seems like it would be good for families because of kitchenette and location and very good free breakfast . There is no restaurant on site, no room service. Limited menu at the bar. It seemed to cost a lot for not having a lot of service.

My wife and I were very pleased with the Hyatt House. Nice, clean room and everything you need unless you want a restaurant in the hotel. I was a big fan of a kitchen, but in the end, we spent very little time in the room. For a family, I think the kitchen can save you a ton of money, but the fridge isn't big enough to store things you need for cooking food for a few days. the shuttle was hit and miss, and we used uber more than the shuttle. I would have given a 4.5 stars, but I'd lean closer to 5, than 4.
