I'd give them no stars if that was an option. Booked for two days but stayed only one before checking out and going to another hotel. Front desk staff was rude and un helpful. Didn't know that it was forced valet that you are charged for and asked repeatedly to tip for. The valet were a bunch of unorganized kids who frequently took as long as an hour to get your vehicle. Be sure to request your vehicle well in advance for this reason. If you have the ability to lock your vehicle with your phone and track it this really helps. Unknown people going through your car will happen. The place tries to be upscale but ultimately falls short while maximizing every way to charge you. Breakfast was luke warm with imitation food. Definitely not worth the price and luckily there are plenty of other places to stay. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. You have been warned.

"Our family of six arrived very late and were informed by the front desk that the double queen studio room we had reserved months earlier did not include a sleeper sofa, as advertised. Despite expressing our disappointment and receiving no satisfactory assistance, we found ourselves with no other options but to stay, given the late hour (after 2 am). Unfortunately, the valet failed to offer any help with our luggage or even locate a luggage cart. We ended up spending additional time searching for one ourselves. Upon finally reaching our room, we were relieved to discover that there was indeed a sleeper sofa! It left us wondering why the front desk was unaware of this fact. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. As for the complimentary breakfast, it was nothing to rave about. The hot items were barely edible, and the juices were disappointingly watered down. However, we did appreciate the presence of bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Overall, the hotel was quite nice, but the staff’s level of customer service left much to be desired."

As far as the room amd hotel it was perfect. So clean and comfortable. The problem was someone on top of us had a child that stumped most of the night on top of us. As far as cleanliness, it's great!

This hotel was wonderful. It's located in a little city type area where there is a bar across the street, 2 restaurants directly in front of the hotel, a coffee shop and a nice little grassy area behind. The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. The breakfast had very good options every day and a fresh prepared counter for the daily grill. The room we stayed in was plenty large enough for all 4 of my family members and each of my kids had their own bed, with one using the pullout couch. The shower head could be better for sure, beds are comfy. Area is quiet and up and coming. Located pretty centrally to some good food shops on the left and shopping plazas and to the right is the downtown area. The valet were all very nice and we got our vehicle very quickly each time we requested it. Wonderful and clean all throughout the hotel.

Unfortunately this was a trip due to a loved one being in th hospital. The Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was a pleasure especially being away from home. Thanks again for all of the support in my family’s time of need

-no sound proofing so you hear your neighbors toilet flush, the ambulance from the hospital, the herd of elephants in the room above you -no water pressure -front desk staff was out right rude -the pool looks large in the photos, but in reality is about 10x10 with a maximum occupancy of 14 people -the towels were stained and scratchy (and tiny) -we asked for a 2queen room but for a king with a sofa pull out These are all minor inconveniences, the biggest issue was parking. You have to do valet but there’s only one or two working at a time. When you scan the QR code to “call” for your car, or can go unanswered so no one gets your car while you stand there and wait for a half hour or more. While we were waiting, another family was told that their keys were lost. A different lady found the keys to the valet lockbox in her car. It was a complete mess. If I had to do it over again, I would spend $10-30 more a night and stay at a nicer/downtown hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. They are helpful, willing to do anything required to make the stay comfortable. There isn't a restaurant on site but there is breakfast and the staff there were brilliant as I was staying with an 18m old toddler. Rooms are spacious and quiet with the most comfortable bed I have slept in while staying in a hotel.

Both my children go to Vanderbilt, so I have stayed at many hotels in Nashville. This is the worst hotel by far. The water pressure was RIDICULOUS!!! Also, you have to get the ice bucket at the front desk & the only ice machine is on the 2nd floor. This hotel is terrible & an absolute JOKE.

Hello! The hotel is beautiful and new. All the amenities and room are great! Staff not good , undertrained , everyone answers different things 1 on the Expedia page it says the have cribs , we called the morning we arrived to make sure to have the crib . They told us the were and executive hotel not family friendly (which says on the page they are family friendly) so they said NO crib and NO crib. So we agreed on having an extra bed. When we arrived they told they did have cribs . Which was a reallly nice crib 2. Next morning a lady saw us with the baby and offered us a high chair for breakfast , the day after when we asked for the high chair they told us they didn’t have one (when we used it the day before) 3 we got charged for the hotel after we paid in full vía expedía . They told us the lady that checked us in made a mistake and charged us the full stay again which we are supposed to get refunded (we haven’t) Like I said at the beginning the hotel is really nice but the personnel is very undertrained.
