As a former corporate travel agent I would recommend this hitel for a business travel however not so much for the family travelers. I really liked the decor of the hotel as well as the cleanliness even though my room had a few scuff marks on the walls .The bed was comfortable. The only things I did not like was you can only valet the car as you would perhaps do in Vegas and if your with family it may not be a good idea to keep waiting around for your if you just needed to grab something .I believe this was a big flaw whoever constructed that idea. Also the breakfast is more for the business type rather than the family stay.My son does not like eggs so the options were very limited and the coffee was extremely weak and terrible. It was like adding coffee to water.I loved the area reminded me of Austin Tx.Staff was friendly.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel. Unfortunately, our room was not clean--gross personal items were left in the closet and bathroom, the floors were obviously not swept, the mattress pad had a noticeable amount of hair strands on it, and a spilled mess had been left in the freezer. Extra linens for the fold-out bed were not in the room (neither were towels for our 3rd person), so when I went downstairs to ask for these, I mentioned the state of the room. The front desk staff was very friendly throughout our stay, and the particular employee I spoke with offered to have housekeeping return to the room, but we were tired after a day of driving and just wanted to go to bed. The TV in the living area would not connect to the cable TV channels, so was ultimately unusable; you could definitely hear the noise of the very nearby train and [from our room] a family at the pool, eating and swimming at 11:30pm (although the pool closes at 10). I was kind of shocked that at their breakfast, they offer shared jars of jellies and peanut butter, instead of individual packets, although the breakfast foods I had were good. If I hadn't experienced any of these issues, I'd be a returning customer, but after our one night there, I won't return and won't recommend.

Extremely inconsiderate staff. No luggage trolly available when we arrived with 2 small children and a dog. Required to use valet service who did not even try to do their job as we stood for 30 minutes waiting for a luggage trolly that they presumably knew would not come at 11pm. A family before us also with 2 small children had the same experience. Rude front desk staff told me on leaving to come down myself to check if there were any luggage carts available when we wanted to leave. Just rude. They had us in the farthest possible room and would ot provide a luggage cart or even tell me if it was there.

I'd give them no stars if that was an option. Booked for two days but stayed only one before checking out and going to another hotel. Front desk staff was rude and un helpful. Didn't know that it was forced valet that you are charged for and asked repeatedly to tip for. The valet were a bunch of unorganized kids who frequently took as long as an hour to get your vehicle. Be sure to request your vehicle well in advance for this reason. If you have the ability to lock your vehicle with your phone and track it this really helps. Unknown people going through your car will happen. The place tries to be upscale but ultimately falls short while maximizing every way to charge you. Breakfast was luke warm with imitation food. Definitely not worth the price and luckily there are plenty of other places to stay. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. You have been warned.

"Our family of six arrived very late and were informed by the front desk that the double queen studio room we had reserved months earlier did not include a sleeper sofa, as advertised. Despite expressing our disappointment and receiving no satisfactory assistance, we found ourselves with no other options but to stay, given the late hour (after 2 am). Unfortunately, the valet failed to offer any help with our luggage or even locate a luggage cart. We ended up spending additional time searching for one ourselves. Upon finally reaching our room, we were relieved to discover that there was indeed a sleeper sofa! It left us wondering why the front desk was unaware of this fact. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. As for the complimentary breakfast, it was nothing to rave about. The hot items were barely edible, and the juices were disappointingly watered down. However, we did appreciate the presence of bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Overall, the hotel was quite nice, but the staff’s level of customer service left much to be desired."

As far as the room amd hotel it was perfect. So clean and comfortable. The problem was someone on top of us had a child that stumped most of the night on top of us. As far as cleanliness, it's great!

This hotel was wonderful. It's located in a little city type area where there is a bar across the street, 2 restaurants directly in front of the hotel, a coffee shop and a nice little grassy area behind. The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. The breakfast had very good options every day and a fresh prepared counter for the daily grill. The room we stayed in was plenty large enough for all 4 of my family members and each of my kids had their own bed, with one using the pullout couch. The shower head could be better for sure, beds are comfy. Area is quiet and up and coming. Located pretty centrally to some good food shops on the left and shopping plazas and to the right is the downtown area. The valet were all very nice and we got our vehicle very quickly each time we requested it. Wonderful and clean all throughout the hotel.

Unfortunately this was a trip due to a loved one being in th hospital. The Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was a pleasure especially being away from home. Thanks again for all of the support in my family’s time of need

-no sound proofing so you hear your neighbors toilet flush, the ambulance from the hospital, the herd of elephants in the room above you -no water pressure -front desk staff was out right rude -the pool looks large in the photos, but in reality is about 10x10 with a maximum occupancy of 14 people -the towels were stained and scratchy (and tiny) -we asked for a 2queen room but for a king with a sofa pull out These are all minor inconveniences, the biggest issue was parking. You have to do valet but there’s only one or two working at a time. When you scan the QR code to “call” for your car, or can go unanswered so no one gets your car while you stand there and wait for a half hour or more. While we were waiting, another family was told that their keys were lost. A different lady found the keys to the valet lockbox in her car. It was a complete mess. If I had to do it over again, I would spend $10-30 more a night and stay at a nicer/downtown hotel.
