Paying $42 per night to valet park with no other option is astronomical for a family. Should have been told the parking was not free!

Get to the “hotel” and they made us park our own car and still tried to charge us for valet. The rooms were nothing like pictured on the site. Room in disrepair and the curtains about to fall off and completely see through. The walls were paper thin and heard people on one side having loud sex and the other side screaming children. The morning we were woken up at 6:15 am by jackhammers and construction. I asked to be moved 3 times and they said because I have an Expedia reservation I was locked into my room and could not make any changes.

Affordable, clean, and family friendly. The breakfast had healthy options and served the best oatmeal I’ve ever eaten (no packets). The bar is basic but has a decent variety. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. I was close to a few good restaurants (I recommend Margarita lovers go next door to Las Palmas restaurant), and Broadway where all the bars are located was just over 1 mile away. The price is right for a clean, safe place to stay in Nashville. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked this room about a month before my trip. I should have read the reviews. My family and I arrived just after midnight after a huge storm delayed our arrival. The area seemed unsafe to drive around at night and when we got to the hotel the lights were off in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. Too scared to wait or head into a dark empty lobby alone, we went to another hotel nearby. They still charged me for the room even though we did not stay and there was no one there to let us in.
