Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Airport

Our stay was really good. We got upgraded to a nice 2 story room. What i really liked was all the amenities they had in the kitchen. All i had to do was bring the food. My kids liked having their own space too. It was loft style.

A courteous staff with understanding. Accommodated me with family medical problems. In Nashville, never stay anywhere else.

I love how laid back it is and how they accept families. And the breakfast was good

I enjoyed staying at the Marriott Residence Inn, however, the kitchen had no pots and pans. One bedroom was a loft bedroom which was very nice but inconvenient because there was no wall to separate the bedroom from the living area. Our family has various sleep schedules so the loft bedroom was rather inconvenient. When the light was on in the living area, it made it difficult to sleep.

Great experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The junior suite had a great set up that made it very easy to do work or relax. Breakfast was ok and their nightly social was a nice addition. Would definitely recommend to others.

We were very comfortable in this room with all the family. Nice layout. We had a deluxe suite with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One is in the loft area with its own bath and the 2nd is on the lower level with its own bath.

The Residence Inn Nashville was not quite what I expected, but it was nice. The room did not have a separate bedroom, which is pretty standard at most Residence Inns I have visited. The sofa bed (which was heavy) actually had to be moved in order for it to open up into a bed for my two children. We were very disappointed that we could not use the pool because apparently there had been some kind of accident in the pool and the chemicals needed time to clean the pool, but we appreciated the fact that the hotel staff accommodated us by giving us pool passes for the Marriott which was just up the street. The hotel staff was very apologetic, and I appreciated it since it wasn't their fault the pool was out of order and the accident was out of their control. The full hot breakfast available at the Residence Inn Nashville was wonderful. I was worried that since the hotel was so close to the airport that I would hear planes all night, but I never heard any at all.

The upstairs ceiling fan was so dirty that I had to stand on the bed and clean the very thick dust off the blades. The upstairs air conditioner was so loud that we could not set it to cold. Also, it would not get cold when we ignored the loud noise and tried to cool the upstairs. We had to put the downstairs air conditioner on full cold just so our children could stand to sleep upstairs. This caused the downstairs to be freezing the whole time. The downstairs bathroom entryway had very loose flooring under the carpet and the tile at the front door was really cracked. There were bugs in the downstairs bathroom.

I was impressed first of all with breakfast. It was great! My family & i enjoyed our stay. The suite was roomy & comfy. Polite front desk staff. I would stay again,again, & again!
