Embassy Suites Hotel Nashville - Airport

The staff was efficient neither friendly nor un hospitable. Having breakfast was nice. Now for every thing else. This is perhaps the most drab dingy hotel experience I’ve had. The carpets are old and unclean. The toilet barely flushed and the tub was dingy /dirty. There were dirty towels in the hall welcoming us to our room. The room didn’t smell great either . The pillows were so flat and bumpy that it made a good night sleep impossible. It was also so loud due to children running around unsupervised. Overall poor experience. Plus we had to pay parking. Just pay a little more bc this was terrible

Disappointed with the pool when going with older child a 3 ft pool does not work

Very unimpressed with this hotel. First off we stayed here for the pool for the kids. The pool was dramatically smaller in person than online. Second, the level of chlorine in this pool was borderline banned by the Geneva Convention. It burned your eyes and nose even opening the door. I had bloodshot eyes for less than 10 minutes of swimming and didn't even get in past my waist. Being inside you would assume it would be a climate-controlled pool, think again. It was so cold which also led to our 10 min swim. Next, the room itself was pretty clean minus the pull-out bed mattress, which is always dirty in every hotel. But still had higher hopes for this one. Also the AC barely worked it kept it a solid 72-74 degrees even with the ac set to 65. So sweated all night. I asked the staff about it, and they looked for a fan for me but was all out due to more people having the same problem. The hotel was a cool concept but played out badly. This Hotel is not oriented to families. And cannot recommend at all.

The trip was good. Went for a family reunion. Decided on Embassy because of the complimentary breakfast, happy hour and airport shuttle. It saved me money. It was easy to find the shuttle at the airport. The driver was very nice. The ride to the airport was easy as well. It was super early but the driver tried to make everyone laugh. Breakfast was good for it being complimentary along with the omelette station. The restaurant was pretty good. We ate and drank there a few times waiting on family. The staff allowed us to hang in the lobby area with friends and family with no issues. It does need some touch up/renovations. The room was fine but there were areas in the room and bathroom that were worn down but everything was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall the trip was great. Service and staff was amazing all around the property.

Enjoyed my stay as always…. I love the premium rooms- so did my family!

We had to book last minute due to flight changes. I booked through hotels.com, but then was also charged at the hotel for the stay. The room didn’t come with extra blankets for the awful pullout bed, when I get to request more, they were never delivered. The coffee maker didn’t work, the bathroom wasn’t clean. Over all it was a pretty crummy stay. The staff for the most part was nice. Shuttle driver was miserable and made it a pretty uncomfortable experience for my kiddos. This isn’t the first embassy I’ve stayed at, but the experience makes me not want to return.

We were staying here to make an early morning flight easier. It is a nice , convenient hotel near the airport. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The happy hour was a nice surprise. The restaurant food was tasty, though perhaps a little pricey.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are not great at all. The photos are deceiving because although the rooms are the same furniture and layout as pictured, the actual present condition is worn down and has an old/odd smell. We asked to switch rooms and the room they switched us to smelled so bad we settled for the first room. I have 2 kids and a husband and we all couldn’t wait until checkout day. The breakfast was very nice. Overall I would not go back here or recommend it.

Overall reccomend this hotel. A great stress free evening with my family at the pool with the complimentary adult drinks and a very good complimentary hot breakfast. The restaurant was goo d as will

Was really packed but all was well. Quiet at night, swimming for kids, nice interior, quick and easy check in, service was good, friendly employees, and breakfast was great.
