This is a nice property with lots of potential, but it was a bit of a disappointment given that it is a Hilton property, we expected more. We were there 3 days and the hallways had trash on the floor and were never vacuumed in that time :-( The elevators were also dirty. One reason we booked it was the indoor pool for our kids (too cold for outdoor) but it was closed due to some electrical issue :-( There was no free breakfast, no free parking and no free Wifi unless you were a Hilton Honors member. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

We stayed one night after a family road trip from NC with a small dog. The extra $75 charge for our 20 lb dog is pretty high, not to mention the contract they make you sign in case your dog damages the room so badly that they can’t rent it after your stay was a little off putting. We travel often with our dog, he sleeps in a crate and is always well behaved, but I suppose they have to prepare for the worst. The room with 2 queen beds was a little cramped for a family of 4 and we had to ask for extra towels since they only provide 2 sets. Positive - we enjoyed a nice Father’s Day lunch before checking out.

Upon arriving and using the bathroom in our room. The toilet seat was loose and when shifted it would slid a 1/4 off the toilet. I spoke to the front desk within an hour after arrival about the toilet at maybe 4:30-5pm. We return at 10:30pm only to find the toilet seat still loose. I spoke to the front desk again, left Saturday for the arrival of our new granddaughter at the hospital. On our way out I spoke to one of the ladies in housekeeping and told her they could go in to room 727.Came back late again only to find toilet seat still loose, no fresh towels or bed linen. I fixed the toilet myself called down to the front desk and asked to bring fresh towels. I am highly disappointed in the service we received at the price we paid this was a terrible two day stay. The blessing was a beautiful granddaughter & mom are both healthy. Me and my wife will be making frequent trips to Nashville now that our new grand baby are there. Hilton needs to step there game up!

The physical property itself was fine. The staff was some of the rudest, most put upon, least helpful I've ever encountered. They only send housekeeping once every five days. I called for clean towels and to fill the coffee bar 3 time before someone finally brought towels. Nothing for the coffee bar. The woman who brought the towels was clearly annoyed. The front desk was annoyed. The restaurant was out of many items. The bar was out of prosecco - for 3 days (we were celebrating a family milestone). Nashville is lovely, but we will not return to this property, and I will reconsider Double Tree in other cities as well.

Nice and clean. We had to stay on the 13th floor which one member of family didn’t like. Nice bar and eating area. $17 for breakfast buffet was a little high and $16 for parking. Plus they charge your card $50 …you get it back the next day but they keep $16 for parking. I wouldn’t stay here again because of parking cost and food/drinks high priced.

I like the airport shuttle service. Staff members were nie and friendly except that women who did not let us use tables for meals and literally asked my kids to get up and don't sit on them. (at 4 pm not busy hours at eating area ) Staff takes your message at front desk but never follow up on these messages. No microwave oven the one and only in whole hotel which is available is always dirty. In non lunch or dinner timings staff did not allow us to use tables in dinning are to eat which was very humiliating, we cannot eat in our rooms!!! Air condition in room made a terrible noise after every 5 minutes when it turn on and off. We were unable to sleep all nights due to this noise. We were told that breakfast was free and we were over charged for breakfast. My 2 kids had a coffee and croissants and they charged us 40 dollars , next days me and my daughter eat eggs tea, coffee and what not and they charged 24 dollars. We never did breakfast from hotel after this fraud especially when there is a better and cheaper option available for breakfast just 1 block away. Hilton will never be my first choice in future. I am surprised that your are located in a very competitive market with many small and large hotels around you . How can you provide services like that !

No cold water in bathroom. Ice machine broken on our floor. A pretty bad stench in the hallway near the ice machine. No towels . Called the front desk and they said they would bring some up and never did. Very noisy due to our room facing the atrium which was packed. Every time the AC unit kicked off it sounded like a little kid playing a tiny drum set

The hotel was nice but there were too many extra fees. We read that parking was available but it isn’t free: $10 per night. We read that they had breakfast but it was a minimum of $15 a person. The breakfast buffet had a limited menu due to staff absence but no price decrease. Our room wasn’t turned over because we didn’t know we had to request it. We have small children that create a lot of trash. We had to travel to four different floors to find a working ice machine.

There was a strange loud noise coming from the air return vent in room 302. The filter needed to be replaced. We did not have the best sleep because of the noise. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing and there was blood on one of the pillows. They gave us free breakfast and free parking. Our server Erin gave us free cake for my child’s birthday. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. I would return.
