First time staying at a Hyatt house and we had an amazing experience. Staff are very friendly and the property is well taken care of. The room was great as it had all the amenities my family needed.

They do charge for parking, which was not communicated at booking. The location is modern and the stay was sufficient for my family. The TV’s are pretty good for streaming and HDMI works if you bring your own cables.

The pool was great for the kids to burn energy. The outdoor patio was nice for the adults. The bar and restaurant were nice for us after a long drive and our room was a great size for our family of 5.

The location was great, easy access to get on the expressway to get to downtown and other cities in the area . Hotel was clean and staff was awesome. Thank you Shannon for making me and my family feel welcome. Would stay there again.

We met our kids here at this hotel for a one night stay, and it was excellent. The rooms common areas, and services were all very good,and it was a very quiet environment. This team has its act together, and we will likely stay again sometime.
