Had a great stay for my birthday. We booked 4 rooms and the whole family had a time

Super nice hotel but I think it’s ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking, WiFi, and a pet cleaning fee without any foreknowledge. The up charge for their concessions was insane, $5 per 20oz bottle. We had asked days in advance for connecting rooms but they wouldn’t accommodate until we were there in person to check in. Because we were traveling with pets, there were only select rooms and from there they had no connecting rooms and we were also traveling with four kids under 10. Overall I feel like I could have gone somewhere cheaper for better.

There were 2 cockroaches in our bathroom of the hotel & they were BIG like they have been living there for awhile, there’s not a big snack selection to buy from, ridiculous price for breakfast that MOST hotels offer free breakfast so we had to leave every morning to go get breakfast instead of paying $55 every meal just to eat after the price of such a hotel. On our last day as we were checking out, I am a breastfeeding mother who was on vacation away from her child, which meant I still had to pump and keep my food cold. We had asked someone in the cafeteria for ice and explained my situation & he looked at us and told us he has ice but no time for us; so we went to the front desk and had to have someone from there go fill my cooler up so my bags of breast milk wouldn’t go bad on our way home. I personally had an awful experience and will not be booking to stay there again.

Great location close to Nashville downtown. Very clean, cute pool areas outside for adults and kids. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Booked the room non refundable for a king. We arrive and they apparently overbooked and could only provide a two queen room. At this point you'd expect a slight change to the rate or at least they compensate with free self parking instead of charging an additional $20+tax per day for using their parking lot. Instead they provide bland hospital level breakfast that neither of us liked. We get in the room and the shower had a dirty rag laying on the curtain rail. We chose to ignore it while we were there and try to make the best out of our anniversary away from our kids.

Perfect for family vacations

The check in desk was great. Fast friendly check in. Now once we wheee in the room it was very muggy. We lowered the temp and went down stairs for a swim but no air circulation. While the pool it self was nice enough, the hot tub was questionable. At first it looked very dirty. Then we realized it was stained in spots which made it appear dirty. There were No pool towels. Only small hand towels in the fitness area to use. Once we went back to our room we realized the temp had not dropped. We called the front desk. (Which took 4 times calling to get any answer) The maintenance man was very prompt at coming to our room. The issue was the air filter was so dirty (black/dark gray film) he changed the filter and secured it with duck tape as he said because they hadn’t ordered bigger ones in a while. The room temp did improve quickly. The fitted sheets were so worn out they wouldn’t stay on the mattress when top sheet and blankets were untucked. So over Al the beauty down stairs during day and early evening hours was very pretty with very friendly staff. The night crew was ascent and hard to get a hold of. Over all don’t expect the rooms to be as nice as the rest of the hotel and you won’t be let down like my family was.

The staff were super helpful and provided great recommendations on restaurants and uber drop-off/pickup locations for downtown. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the food.

The service was horrible except Michael, the bartender. The property was dirty and the indoor pool and gym was a disaster. The railing was unsafe. No sense of urgency from most of your staff. One level above rude. So many unsupervised children running everywhere. Couldn't get attention for 10 minutes at breakfast. No one cared. Being told the pool will be open maybe sometime this summer. No one to take a food order because the bar phones aren't working. I've never stayed somewhere so terrible. Cannot believe this place is open to the public.
