Club - Hotel Nashville Inn & Suites

This place was so amazing and very family friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. My family had a great time.

Staff are so mean, they look they need vacation, elevator is far away, terrible and need an update- unsafe place for kids because they don’t have restrooms near pool and when you try to get in they put a ridiculous sign said you’re not allow to be in body suit there, so how we suppose to pip? Pool ? Crazy never come back here

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We was close by everything we needed.

Came to TN to visit family over the Easter Holiday.

This property is grossly over-rated. The staff is rude and seemed to be less interested in being courteous to my race. On this trip, I stayed two different dates, so I got to experience two separate check-ins. Both experiences were very similar. Not what we were looking for while vacationing with friends and family. This will be our last stay here. I would not recommend this hotel. There's too many options in the area to stay here.

Our room had a musty odor. Strong. Even our five-year-old child noticed the smell. We chose this hotel based on the reviews from hotels.com. So, we were disappointed. It was hard to enjoy anything in the room with the strong smell. We contacted the manager upon checkout. One day later, I followed up with management. The management said that the bathroom fan was not functioning properly and that the fan had been replaced. We were not satisfied with that explanation. There wasn’t even a fan in the bathroom. It was unfortunate that the management was more forthcoming. The room stunk.

It was very clean, snacks and happy hour was great! Staff very friendly. We could hear a baby cry night and day from the room below us which was a bit annoying but not the hotels fault.

I love my stay it was beautiful I love the outside I love the atmosphere I love the women's at the desk the front desk they was loving and kind and sweet and generous I love the workers they did a wonderful job by keeping the hotel clean and eat I love the downstairs where you eat at and the bar I love y'all hotel club hotel Nashville I love it I love it I love it I love you I would love to come back on my next day but can I please have a discount but I love your hotel you all have done a wonderful job wonderful staff everyone was there I have to come back to Nashville March the 11th and I want to know can I please get a discount from y'all I appreciate you God bless you and your bless and beautiful family I all of you all

Pretty good hotel. Nice breakfast everything pretty clean. But nothing is sound proof definitely cheaply made hotel you can hear all the doors slam and people talking like they are next to you. It wasn’t horrible because everyone was pretty mindful of noise until the last day we didn’t sleep at all a ghetto family was there running in the hall loud music yelling
