Quality Suites Nashville Airport

Hi, The hotel was Clean. I think the hotel has to be renovated from insdie and its needs repairs to suit the new age. The front office was EXCELLENT. The check in and Check out was quick infact I had to go back and ask if I have finished checkout. Great for family who want to stay near airport.

The location of the hotel was in a rundown part of town. With having children, there were times I felt uncomfortable when walking outside.

The property was amazing they only thing that upset us is we were understanding that the pool would be open and it was not. We booked this property specifically for that because of our kids. So we had three disappointed kids.

Front desk guy was rude with a bad attitude and smart mouth. My sheets had yellow stains on them i had to ask the front desk for sheets which she ask me to come down and get . Someone else in another room had perfume on his pillow clothes which tells us the sheets were NOT changed . The pool was closed until the next week and when asked the front desk guy about it he stated i should have called and checked . That was disappointing because i had children that wanted to swim. I would definitely not recommend

The room was very large and spacious and there was an extra TV in the "living area" so that our kids could be watching something completely separate from us if needed.

Needed a place to stay when traveling for a family matter. The reviews were good and it was cheap. The staff at check in was good. Our room had no hot water so having a shower was not possible. I inquired at the front desk and was informed it would be available at 8 am.

As a family, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Although the room was a bit antiquated, overall it was very comfortable for a family of 4. Definitely will stay here again.

Was very disappointed the pool was closed and was not told until after we checked in. They did tell us we could swim 5 minutes away at another pool. We were on vacation and just wanted to let kids relax after driving 10 hours. The breakfast was okay, the eggs looked nice but did not taste good.

This place is very impersonal. There was no one at the front desk several times that I went. If they were on the phone they never even acknowledged you when you walked up. The room was VERY outdated! Our tub didn’t have a drain plug and we called to request one. After 30 minutes I called back and they said they were on the way. They then called back and said they didn’t have one and couldn’t take one from another room. The safe in our room didn’t work. I left my jewelry in it anyway. We had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and didn’t realize the missing jewelry until 2 days later. When calling the front desk they were very unhelpful and unconcerned. We called back and called the room directly. Thank goodness the occupant was nice and very honest. They found the jewelry and brought it to the front desk.

It was very nice to have a room with two queen beds plus a sofa bed, so our children could stay in the room with us. Very nice room
