I think I found my new favorite hotel brand. The room was great. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was smiling and extremely helpful. The boards by the elevator were great for local recommendations - def check out El Chico! The only downside was the pool area was too humid for my liking, but my kids loved it.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was really good and staff was great especially since we had 2 small children with us. The only draw back was the pillows could be upgraded but the bed slept fine. The room was clean and No bedbugs so definitely a plus.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. My kids (12 and 8) loved playing pool in the lobby with us, they have complimentary cookies and waters all day, the rooms and hotel itself are extremely clean! And every employee we encountered was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the only thing we will do next time is bring pillows. We sleep with 2 pillows normally and there was only 1 for each of us. We asked for extra pillows and they only had 1 extra pillow due to being filled to capacity this weekend. We didn’t get to utilize the indoor pool due to time constraints, but it looked well kept. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

I love love loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!!!! Cleanliness was outstanding!! Location was great! They knock it out of the park with the breakfast and complementary water, coffee, and snack! The pool was very clean also. I will most definitely stay here in this hotel every time I visit my family here!! Thank you for being so AWESOME!!!!😁😁😁

Staff was super nice, great location, lots of activities to do for families, Star bucks super close drive, overall highly recommend. Parking was free and convenient while still easy.

This was our first time staying at a Tru hotel. The staff at this location was super friendly. We didn’t bring a pet but I liked that they had a pet free floor. The kids enjoyed playing pool (free) after breakfast (free). Room was clean as well as the entire property. Had several nice areas inside the lobby and outside if you were with a small group to gather to hang out. This particular hotel on our stay was a bargain for what we got for the price. We will stay at this location again when traveling to Knoxville and will give other Tru locations a try.
