Comfortable place to stay with the grandkids

Very clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was very good also. Large spacious room perfect for family with kids. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to have a little separated space in the room where we could put a packnplay. We were able to put the baby to sleep with a sound machine before the rest of us. Nice clean room too.

Very clean, Ladies at the front were super helpful and nice. The breakfast both days was awesome for a free hotel breakfast. There were two ladies doing the breakfast and they were on top of it the whole time, there was lots of families and those two ladies had fresh hot food out every few minutes. Would defiantly stay again.

The beds were very comfortable, we didn't hear any noise from other guests, and the place was clean. My kids really enjoyed the small indoor pool. It would be crowded with more than three families, but we had it to ourselves for a while and could not complain. It didn't even have a strong chlorine smell, which is a plus for me! The beds were very comfy but also high--so much so my 7 yo had hard time climbing up. The staff was fantastic! The young woman who checked us in was awesome! Breakfast was very busy, but the items were replenished quickly and no one went hungry. There were hot eggs with cheese and sausage, two waffle makers with two different types of batter, and all the usual cold things like pastries, toast, yogurt, and cereal. The only complaint I could come up with was that one bed was very close to the AC unit and wall. There was not enough space for anyone to pass between the bed and wall. Not a big deal for us.

The maids kept walking into our rooms. We would tell them that we were not finished check out was at noon. They were coming into our rooms at 9 AM. They walked in on family members having sex after they were told not to come into the room that we were there till 12 o’clock. I went downstairs to report it they did it again I will not be staying back at this facility.

We stayed in a double queen suite over Thanksgiving. The hotel was very affordable, and the room was larger than others that I have paid double for. The breakfast was hot and the staff were very friendly. There is someone behind the counter no matter the time of day. I would highly recommend this place for families. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to Knoxville, but you don’t have to worry about crowds or having your “people meter” fill up too fast. The beds were comfy and extra blankets/pillows were in the closet. The bathroom was spotless and had your basic needs along with a few extras. One of my kiddos forgot to pack their toothbrush, however we were able to get one from the front desk. They also have snacks, drinks, and small OTC things to buy should the need arise and everything around is closed. I have saved this hotel in my trips so I can come back here the next time we visit family and don’t want to stay in Knoxville.

Our stay was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed as a family for the Vols game!
