Nice hotel with friendly staff. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection. Convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, an excellent choice for our family.

Very clean. Beds comfortable and very quiet. The clerk at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend whether family trip or couples trip.

The pool was under construction and my kids were pretty disappointed about that. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

To begin with, we walked into the lobby which had no air and it smelled terrible! We had to move rooms 3 times because the door would not lock. When checking out, I requested a partial refund because of the issues with our stay. He agreed to give a $100 refund but instead charged me an additional $100. When I questioned it, he argued with me that he did not charge me and I had to show him my mobile bank app to prove he did. After attempting to refund me again, he actually charged me AGAIN for the room! I am currently waiting for that to get straightened out. The breakfast was cold. The container with pastries had no tongs for getting out the food so kids were constantly putting their hands in to get out the food. Would never stay here again!

This was just a quick stop over on our family trip. It was fine for just that. I would not recommend this being your visit the town hotel. There was no personality from any of the staff. We opted to not use the pool as the room had high chlorine fumes and the water was cold. Beds were uncomfortable. Towels were scratchy. Everything was clean, but the environment and amenities were lackluster.

It’ll do the job and it’s honestly near everything. Stayed here with my family for the zoo. The pool is FREEZING and very small, the hot tub is even smaller and never available(dramatically said). It’s not that bad of a place although it could use an upgrade. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. I’d stay here again!

My family vacations in Florida or South Carolina every winter and on our way south we always spend the night in Knoxville at this hotel, but we won't be staying here again after this visit. The rooms were in terrible condition, there were dead beetles stuck to the ceiling in 1 of the rooms, the sheets looked dirty, there were rips in the furniture and holes in the walls, the swimming pool was ice cold and the hot tub water was dirty, the elevator said it hadn't been inspected in almost 2 years and was so rickety we decided against using it and took the stairs up and down to the 4th floor, the sink had a giant crack in it, the big mirror in the entry to the room fell off the wall ... I could go on and on.

The staff at the hotel was great. However we were pretty disappointed in the state of the hotel itself. Our beds were clean, but the room smelled strongly of old smoke and faintly of urine. We had intended to use the pull out couch for our third child but to be honest the couch was gross. There were stains, a bunch of dried up food was in the pull out bed itself, so we obviously didn’t not have her sleep there. I would say the hotel is tired and possibly needs a bit of a Reno. It was less than what we would expect of a typical best western.

The photos shown made it look very nice & the only plus was it was an affordable last minute option but upon driving up the windows all looked dirty with a dirty film over it. My kids were unable to use the indoor pool because the water was freezing which was extra disappointing because we booked it specifically for the pool. The pool floor was dirty & has paint chipping all over as well as a window on the ceiling that had an hole through it & was shattered but still there so we were nervous about possible shards on glass being on the pool floor. Our room had one broken light bulb & another that was burnt out. All in all we were glad we were only staying one night. Very disappointed.

We had a great stay overall. Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. The pullout couch was ok. We enjoyed hot tub as the pool was way too cold to use. Other hotel guest allowed their children to run & scream so didn’t stay in there long, The breakfast was so good! Only wish there would have been gravy.
