Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75

Third time we’ve stayed here. We have family that we visit when traveling and this is a close drive to their home. Rooms are a comfortable size. Always clean. Staff is courteous. Several restaurants nearby. Will continue to use this hotel for future visits

We booked this room last minute for a concert my husband and I took our children to. The hotel was very convenient in location and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was very delicious!

The hotel itself was just fine however we got very little sleep due to no sound barriers between rooms. There was a dog barking and growling n the middle of the night in the room next to us, as well as again around 5am. There was also what sounded like a child running around late at night and again very early in the morning—at one point sounding like a ball was being bounced. It made for a very long 5 hour drive the next day.

All around, pretty average. Staff was friendly enough. Bed was comfy and room was super clean. Walls were thin and hotel was booked with tons of kids for some event so things were really noisy.

I booked this online months in advance because of the Marriott brand that I have had no issues with in the past. One look at the neighborhood this property is located in had me making a U turn and finding another hotel/brand across town without reservations. Cities change over time…Marriott should adapt to the change and give up on this property. I would never recommend this area to anyone traveling alone or with children.

The staff went above and beyond to provide our family with adjacent rooms. Appreciated the GF muffins at breakfast...such a treat!

All the rooms were clean, the indoor pools were nice, the breakfast was awesome. Of the 3 Hampton Inns we stayed at on our adventure, Knoxville Tennessee had the best breakfast! The pool in Asheville NC was small but the kids still enjoyed an afternoon swim! Best Customer Service was in Williamstown Ky. The breakfast was tasty but breakfast ended at 9:00, wish it had been more like 10:00. The weekend kitchen staff on Saturday, June 4th was rude when me and my 3 Grandchildren showed up at 8:45am. She had already took the food up and made the comment everyone knows what time breakfast is served. Then proceeded to have breakfast from the kitchen with her Husband. At least the Grandchildren got a waffle. The breakfast lady on June 1,2,3,5 was really pleasant and personable. She would go out of her way to make sure all the customers were taken care of. I did not get her name , wish I had.
