Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Goodlettsville

Well the room was big for our family. We did get the handicap room because we want a tub for our kids to take there baths. Room could've been cleaned better, mostly the bathroom and underneath the beds there was stuff under the bed and if you have kids they will get into anything and everything. Other than that the hotel was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but will fill your need for a free meal coffee was good and pool was good. I will stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel for a family reunion. Bedding in several of our rooms was dirty, but beds were made like the room had been cleaned. There was a roach in the bathroom. There were stains on the carpet that looked like, vomit, blood, food...that had not been ATTEMPTED to be cleaned. The "manager" was abrasive and kept saying "OK, OK" as I explained why dirty beds, etc was not acceptable when paying for a hotel stay. It seems hotels are using the loss of money from the pandemic as a reason to clean rooms less often and claim being understaffed, but don't have people reserve filthy rooms when you know they are filthy and then claim not to know. I was unable to get my money back and switch hotels because we had paid through a 3rd party vendor/hotels.com.

This was our first stay at a Hampton Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. We had adequate space for a family of 5. The hotel was quiet and 100% non-smoking!!
