The front desk people were horribly rude. The only nice one when i asked her name was ( spelling) Schnecta. Her " trainer" was extremely rude and said our safety when walking to our vehicles was " not her problem" Both days she was wearing a sleep bonnet and had a white blanket around like we interrupted her sleeping. The rooms looked more like motels then hotels, bathrooms not clean. There were people smoking weed inside and outside. I got very upset when i mentioned there were people in the bushes by hotel wall talking and smoking weed when my teen son went to truck to get something for me. The bathroom door had a metal kickplate trying to hide rotting wood and the needed painting. The bathroom and shower had dirt areas like they just pushed wet mop or cleaned without finishing getting dirt. Sheets were soft. Mini fridge was barely cold and ruined food we brought for snacks. Third floor especially constantly smelled heavily of weed. I will never leave my loyalty to Hilton and Marriott again. And we travel so much for work and sports i thought I'd give another hotel a chance. Literally made us and the families we traveled with miserable. The back parking lot was extremely unsafe with the lights not working. We came from near Memphis and felt like we were back there. DON'T RECOMMEND.

The swimming pool was hotter than a hot tub and you couldn’t breath in the room, so the kids couldn’t even a swim. The swimming was a big plus when choosing a place to stay. When we ask the front desk they could have cared less and couldn’t give us a reason or say they were working on it. Then we ask for a blanket for the sofa bed you would of thought that we ask for a million dollars.😢 The girl that checked us in on the 24th was very nice and helpful and the kitchen help was nice too and did a great job keeping up..but that was about it..

I had a really good day even with the kids above us running back-and-forth in the room upstairs, but overall it was a nice stay. It was a packed house that night. The pool is nice and big.

We've been staying at this property for several years, because it's close when visiting family. It's getting rundown and staff isn't as open to helping with special requests. Breakfast bar was ok. The entire place was just ok. We'll be finding another hotel the next time in town...just something a little cleaner, friendlier and more updated.

Second time I've stayed at this location. I was satisfied with my first visit which is why I decided to stay here again. In town to visit family. Clean place and comfortable.

I stay at hotels all the time because of travel work but this one was the most weird I have ever been. They play a baseball game with little kids in the parking slot which didn’t let spaces to park and it didn’t look safe, plus people fixing the broken car in the parking are too as if they park their cars there as usual. People didn’t look friendly to people that are not from there. Then the most weird is the front desk lady asking for money for her rent and calling to our room to see if we can give her some money, and saying she is in trouble with her landlord. Maybe is just a weird city, because our first hotel didn’t let us check in even after we book and paid because they say is only for longer stays.

The hotel itself was nice, I wasn’t a fan of the location. It seemed like a little rougher part of town. But it was clean and a nice size room for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was only a place for us to sleep one night on a road trip.

We got a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed. We have 5 kids so they got the room with the 2 beds and we slept on the pull out. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. We had no pillows or blanket for it so I ran down to get some. They only had one small pillow, and the blanket was thin. It was freezing in the room and the bed had metal springs that we could feel. They had a refrigerator however it did not keep our door too cold and we were traveling through so needed it.

They apparently have a problem with disabled children. My family and I stayed here during renovations off and on for 3 weeks. On the first week we stayed there our special needs daughter had an accident and got a little pee on the sheet we instantly removed the sheet and notified the maid and it didn’t get the mattress wet no big deal they said. So the 3rd week we were there my wife got in a disagreements over still being in the breakfast area after it was over. When she reported it to the manager who was hostile toward my wife. My wife then informed her we will be canceling our reservation for the following week she was told this was fine that we have a special needs daughter that peed on the bed anyway. Given this was 3 weeks prior it shows that she was fresh on her mind and instead of having a discussion then with us she spent the last 3 weeks looking down on my special needs child. If she felt this way she could have just kept it to herself and said nothing to my wife but she chose to attack a disabled. This is all on tape and will be sent to corporate.
