Whenever we visit family this is our favorite place to stay

It was to visit family. The room was clean but shower needs to be caulked again. Food choices for breakfast were lacking.

Great place for families, decent breakfast offerings, but staff is inconsistent in set up. Central location with acces to many parks and restaurants. Often the hotel is crowded with tournament players but they do a good job of keeping up the hotel amenities.

On four of the five nights we stayed, all water to our room was (literally) scalding hot or ice cold. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, they were unable to resolve the problem. Many of the guests I spoke with experienced the same problems on multiple nights. My family and I have booked a 4+ night stay every Christmas since this hotel first opened. Because of the problems we experienced on this stay (and the likelihood that they will continue), we will not be staying there again. I would be very grateful if Hotels.com could negotiate a partial refund to compensate us for these problems. Until the water problems are resolved, I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.
