Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Goodlettsville

Great stay - room was clean, pool is a bit musty and rusty, but worked ok for the kid. The best part was the bistro that has a bar at night and the breakfast options were amazing. The chef was great and meals were incredible! Will definitely be back!

Great stay for our visit with family in Nashville. We were pretty much only there to sleep, but the room was very comfortable for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked well. We did not hear a lot of noise.

I stopped at this hotel with my family while just passing through Tennessee. I parked my truck just before midnight and got up at 7:00 to hit the road again. In less than 8 hours we were there, thives stole over $7,000 worth of tools from my truck. With how much the dug through my truck and the ammount of items taken, they were there for quite some time. After calling goodlettsville PD, i went inside to see if there was any camera footage. This hotel has no cameras in the parking lot. The receptionist also informed me the parking lot lights hadn't worked for the last 4 days. While i understand the hotel "isnt responsible for lost or damaged property", the hotels lack of security is just enabling theives.

As soon as I walk into the room I am greeting with a huge hairball on one of the beds. Pull back the sheets to find unwashed looking sheets. Head to the second beds and find what looks like blood spots on those sheets. Don't see the third bed which is suppose to be a pull out. Try phoning front desk but the phone in the room is broken. Call them from my phone and I get maybe the rudest people ever! With the ands/what do you want me to do about it! We are completely full and will not switch your room! Nor do we give refunds! After an hour and a half I get new bedding. Had ask for an extra set so we could make a pile in the floor for the kids. Round two front desk, later that night go to get a shower about three minutes into the shower notice that the water isn't draining. Ask the same rude man to send someone up to look at it. And again I get the same attitude and spill we're full no refunds! At this point I have had enough. And tell him I need it fix tonight. Told maintenance is not on site and it be a while. At midnight maintenance finally shows up only jiggle the handle and say all good. It was not All Good! If can book else where, do it! This might have been the worst place we have ever been to. And front desk guy needs to be let go.

Very nice hotel in a safe area. We enjoyed our room a lot and it was perfect distance from my families home that we needed to get too. I would highly recommend this property.

The front desk staff was incredible both day and evening! Always greeted with a kind response...especially loved Josephine on the morning we checked in! She had a big smile and incredibly helpful! The property was very clean and well decorated. Local area filled with shopping and restaurants. We traveled to downtown Nashville and to Opry Mills with no problems. With the exception of some noisy children on our floor, the stay was "perfection"!

Nice somewhat modern decor in the room, everything was very clean and worked as it should. Stayed Thanksgiving weekend but still no parking issues and other guests were not too loud, I could vaguely hear the family (?) above me, but they quieted down around 9PM and it was nothing to complain about. Overall it was a very good stay, and one of the quickest/easiest check ins I have had at a hotel! Would definitely recommend to others.
