Wonderful! Checkin took 2 minutes. The employee was waiting for my family of 6 with our key in hand upon our late night arrival and provided extra clean blankets. Even with some construction going on, you’d never even know because the hotel did a great job keeping the work completely separate from the guests.

I’m not a fan of the sink being outside the bathroom as I did not want to wake my kids while I was washing my hands or needed to use the mirror and needed to turn on the light. Also, there were stains on the couch and the bathroom was small. The beds felt like twin size beds and not doubles.

I stayed here with my spouse and two young kids. We arrived after midnight and were greeted by the front desk person who already had the room ready with a pack-n-play as I had requested. The room was clean, well laid out for a family, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only complaint was our bathroom didn't have a bathtub which made it a little trickier for bathing the kids. It wasn't enough of an issue for us to ask for a different room, though. Plenty of parking and good location in Hendersonville. There was a good selection of items at breakfast, just wish the breakfast were available until 10am on weekdays. Overall, great stay and I would choose this hotel again.

Good hotel close to where we wanted to be. Breakfast was free with ample seating. The gym was clean and spacious. The water pressure was superb in the room and the AV allowed for a game console to be hooked up for my kids. No real issues with the room, only gripe was the full size beds. The bed was comfortable, but were limited to a single king or double fulls. We prefer the double queens for the space, but it was not an option here.
