Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville North Skyline

Stayed for a family wedding trip & hotel made a great “Base Camp”.

The service and friendliness of the staff was great. The reason I’m giving 2 stars for this visit is because 11 cars were broken into overnight while staying at the hotel. I wish that I could say that this was a random situation, but we learned that this same thing happened two months ago two consecutive nights in a row. Staff was very willing to help us clean up our rental car, but anyone with a family should consider staying in a hotel with better security.

This is my second time residing at this hotel and each time, the experience has been awesome. I recommend this hotel, especially for family trips.

This hotel is very close to TriStar Skyline Medical Center and is a good choice for family of hospital patients.

I booked a stay at the hotel for May 19th through the 23rd, and I was welcomed by the front desk team, who were amazing my entire stay. They made my family feel comfortable and gave excellent customer service. I specifically wanted to give acknowledgment to Whitney (I hope it it spelled correctly). She was the first person I interacted with, so I remembered her name.  I requested a room away from the elevator for my 8 month old. As a new father, I wanted to ensure that my daughter was able to sleep so that she would keep quiet and not disturb the other guests in the hotel. Whitney was quite helpful and didn't hesitate to assist me with my request. As fas as the room goes, it was clean, and I didn't find any issues with the bed, bathroom or furniture. I was able to get good nights of sleep and woke up to a free breakfast every morning. There is ample amount of parking and there is a pizza restaurant connected to the hotel which is a plus so you wouldn't have to leave if you didn't need to. I honestly wish I were able to remember the names of the other concierge team because they all gave outstanding service. I will definitely give my business here and recommendation for others if they needed a hotel in Nashville.

We had a issue the first night with noise, there were a bunch of kid's running around. Other than that everything was excellent

It was a very nice hotel with a fair price. I would recommend to family and friends.

Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant...slept like a baby on the beds...they needed more help in the kitchen for breakfast though as many items were needing to be replenished...
