The price point was great for this hotel and the convenience to the main strip was perfect! The hotel was clean, had great parking and customer service. The pool was a bit small, but the kids still had a great time! We would stay here again!

The location of this property is very nice as it made it easy to get in and out of Gatlinburg and miss some of the traffic. We also ordered food and was able to just walk and grab it to bring back to the hotel. The lobby area with the beautiful double fireplace was a nice touch as well as the outside patio area. We didn't get to use it as it was raining this time. We tried to enjoy the hot tub, unsuccessfully. I think there needs to be an age limit. My daughter (age 15) and I were trying to relax after her soccer games, and there were multiple 4 yr olds cannon balling into the water and splashing everyone, WITH no parental supervision. The kids were also in the weight room in their wet clothes running on the tread mills etc. The room was quiet which was nice. Our room was pretty clean, there were a few drips of something on the wall to the left of the TV (probably coffee), and you could see the wood under the mattresses almost as if they were smaller than they should be. The bathroom needs to have a better fan as it didn't pull any of the humidity out of it and made it unbearable to get dressed IN the bathroom without letting it air out first. The room besides the one small area was clean. So a little MIXED review, but most of it was due to the parents not supervising their children.

This hotel is right in the heart of Gatlinburg everything is a walking distance from dinning options attractions and so many shops and activities as mini golfing. My only issue I would have is towards the 2nd night one of the elevators went out of order so we had one elevator for everyone for a few days and honestly trying to go up and down with kids and strollers took way too longer. Other than that everything was good.

Overall stay was good, I’d say the only part that was upsetting and disappointing was when it was our first day eating breakfast the man that stood on the front asking if we have any reservations for breakfast he’s a tall bushy hair he gave us a dirty look and I personally take it offensive since we are not white, my son thought grabbing the silverware (covered in napkin) was ok to grab since it was out, I would think the same tbh since it was upfront and the guy gave a pist off face to my son so he ended up putting it back and he said well you touched it so your going to have to grab it and get it, if you don’t want your covered silverware why would you have it up front mind as well have the server hand it to the clients when they are heading to there seats than being up front. He was having an attitude the whole time especially when we chose all you can eat breakfast of course I had to get up and serve my kid rather than having him go by himself he kept eyeing on my kid and my family again it’s an all you can eat buffet I paid for so why keep eyeing us the whole time. He was suspicious already and weird.

I booked a junior suite and it was my third time visiting Gatlinburg and first time staying at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The lobby was clean and well maintained but the room was disappointing. Very dated, old furniture and worn out and visibly dirty upholstery on chair. The carpet was stained at places. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No service at all. We were told to put all trash outside the door when we requested the trash can to be emptied. No one picked it up despite repeated reminders. Finally I had to throw it myself. At around $275 to $300 a night, I think there are many better options out there.

The room was fine but the service did not meet my expectations. The woman at the front desk just asked for ID and waited for me to pay then passed me my room keys along with two other things. I got to my room with my kids then looked at what she gave me and saw a parking pass. She did not tell me anything about a parking pass so I did not know that was what she gave me and had to walk back to the car after a long tiring drive. My room had a hot tub but I did not see a button to get the jets started so thought it was broken. I called the front desk and she told me to push a button on a timer on the wall by the tub. There was no timer by the tub but i did find one by the bathroom. My point is the woman should have given me more info and been more helpful. She just rushed me out of there.
